The house was every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Great quiet location on the beach, almost like having a whole beach to yourself. There was a good assortment of cookware, which worked out for eating in. The outdoor dining table was great for every meal of the day. The home also had a nice collection of sand toys for the kids and a wagon for carrying items up and down to the beach. There were only four of us, but the house would work well for extended families or a multifamily stay. We would definitely recommend this home and Navarre Beach for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation on the gulf. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Absolutely fantastic house. Clean, perfect location, modern. All tvs were large and worked perfectly. Fully updated kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Honestly, there were no negatives. And the service from the property management company was excellent, unlike Vacasa and others. Thanks for a great week!!

The place was beautiful and just as described. Great location. The distance from the hotels and condos meant we had our own little private section of the beach with no crowds. Bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Balconies on both floors allow for spectacular views. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, etc. The door handle was loose. A quick text and they had someone out to the house to fix it. The only negative was that the prior tenant had filled all the outside dumpsters. This meant our group had little to no place to put our trash until trash pickup later that week. My family really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had six adults, one child, and one toddler (8 total guests) and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house is absolutely beautiful, so close to the water, and in such a peaceful, cute town. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Cannot beat the location directly on the beach. We were there at peak season and had a large part of the beach to ourselves.
Outdoor shower was especially handy. Beds were comfy- Outdoor patio and furniture were great. WiFi is good, Smart TVs work well. Kitchen has the essentials but nothing more.
Be aware that this is a corporate managed rental- so that means that it is standard issue white walls, white bath towels and one roll of TP per person. Don’t get me wrong- its a great house but it’s just stocked in a Motel 6 fashion. For what we paid for the rental, a few extras would have gone a long way.

Gorgeous place. The location and view were fantastic. There were pots to accommodate cooking for a crowd! There was plenty of room to spread out and have fun. The kids enjoyed the games. Like a previous reviewer said, bring your extra blankets. The a/c works great. Overall, one of the best beach trips we’ve had.

The House has everything you need, including chairs and toys for the beach.
Make sure you bring some umbrellas and other gear for shade.
We had an issue with the coffee machine and it was replaced for a new one in 1 hr.
Amazing communication.
Our group love the house and the stay. We will definitely book this same house in the future for another trip !

Absolutely gorgeous location!! Home and view are exactly as pictured. The beach was beyond blissful and very private. I’ve stayed at many beach front houses but this one was the best one I’ve stayed in and especially well worth the price. However, make sure you bring your own extras.. extra blankets, beach towels, cooking oils and spices (especially salt and pepper), any tin foil or things like that. This home had complimentary small soaps and that was all for extras. I’d never stayed in a house without extra paper towels, toilet paper, or even salt and pepper. Grocery store is only 5 mins up the road. Other than that, it was perfect!

Our group of four longtime friends from Meridian, MS, Auburn, AL and Tampa, FL came together for a fun, relaxing weekend. The house was lovely, the views are spectacular and the weather was perfect. The home was well appointed, clean and had all the conveniences we could have asked for. We loved everything about it and hope to visit again.

This home was perfect for our family. We got married on the beach with all of our family right there, close to nice restaurants to enjoy after. Lots of extras that are needed when you’re on the beach were much appreciated. We ended up buying a bags “cornhole “ game and leaving it as part of the extras the home provides.

My family of six had a great time! Overall, we were very happy with the home. Yes, the sheets are very low quality and come off the beds. Sheets should be replaced. I would also add hair dryers and beach towels. We found the home clean, as described, plenty of towels and wash cloths, and the beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. No one was near us the entire stay!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in such an amazing house in such a beautiful location! The house was even more spacious than it looked on line, and just as beautiful and tastefully designed/decorated as pictured. The view from the house is incredible, and you pretty much have a slice of the beach all to yourself! We had seaweed in the water, but it would move in and out over the days. Something that vacasa didn’t tell me was that there is a big closest of beach toys, some boogie boards, nets for catching ghost crabs, and a wagon to load up and take stuff to the beach. The only things we needed to bring for the beach were a few good beach chairs (Tommy Bahamas from Costco), a tent (our Sun Ninja brand tent was great), a few more boogie boards, and snorkeling masks. Fyi…the pier is further than it looks from the pictures, so plan on driving there. Pier is a great place to spot dolphins and sea turtles. Thanks, Vacasa, for a once in a lifetime vacation!

When we arrived at the house the first thing that caught my attention was the hood by the stove, someone had written wash me, I took a picture of it and washed it, it was disgusting!!!!! I would change the cleaning crew because it was cleaner when we left!!! Other then that we had a nice time. We won’t be back though, not to this house anyway! When you have a house of 12 people and only provide 2 chairs and 1 umbrella you might also rethink that. Also the bedroom closest to the kitchen you might want to fix the broken door handle that was like that when we got there, could not utilize it to got outside.

We enjoyed this home very much this was the second trip we stayed in two years. Weather was not cooperating and sea weed was terrible this trip. We found other entertainment to keep us busy in surrounding communities. This however will be our last stay at this home mainly due to the significant price increase for our 2023 dates.

Loved how clean it was and how unkept everything was! The only thing I might think about is having a boardwalk to the beach. My father was in a wheelchair and it was hard getting him up and down in the beach chair even. The house itself was Amazing you will not be disappointed!!! We loved our stay more there than anywhere we have been before! Would love to comeback!
They were also easy to get ahold of and checked on us to make sure everything was great!! ????

The house is beautiful and the patio areas are very nice. Views from every room. Our toddler hated the sand (go figure) so we loved the huge patio deck. Because it is surrounded by other houses rather than larger condos, the beach was not crowded. Some points of feedback - The place appeared very clean, but there was a nipple pasty left on the floor and the couch had some stains/dingy spots (white is just hard). We weren’t able to get the WiFi to show up as an option, we only saw the owner accounts. Wasn’t a huge deal for us so we didn’t try too hard. There is lots of construction nearby so it’s a little loud and there were several rusty screws/nails around on the lower level concrete area near the outdoor shower and sand immediately off the stairs.

First off, we fully intend to stay here again in the future. The house was very clean and the location is prime. You have the beach to yourself. You are sandwiched between public access but far enough away that people don't carry all their stuff to set up anywhere close to you. Having said that a few things to be critiqued about the stay. When we arrived we noticed watermelon rinds left in the sand right off the back porch from previous renters that should have been cleaned up by the cleaning crew. Their was one door in a bedroom leading out to the balcony that had a sign on it "please do not use" the handle was broken. This means it was a known issue and had not been repaired. This is an easy fix from any property management company. The hand rail that goes on the outside stairway down to the beach came apart at the coupling and could present an issue if not handled. There is a key hook holder in the laundry room that has five hooks for hanging keys but three of these hooks are broken, Simple fix, run down to the hardware store and done. A house this awesome paired with the price to stay here shouldn't have these little things detract from such a great place. Property management needs to have a more keen eye and keep up with the small details. One last thing, the house says sleeps 12 comfortable and it absolutely will. However, the propane grill is completely in adequate for med to larger groups. This little two burner thing is a struggle to get meals cooked up for multiple folks, like I said a house this awesome deserves a bigger better grill. All that being said, Vacasa was prompt at responding to issues we had. We had a blast and will being staying again and highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Whispering Palms! This beach house is amazing! This is the 23nd time we have vacationed in this area and this house is by far our favorite place we have stayed at. The house was very clean- which is very important to us. House and porches had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and one child. The porches were so very nice and a great place sit and enjoy the amazing views and the quite, peaceful surroundings- the porch was our favorite part of the whole house, although the whole place was really great! When we weren't on the beach (which is a super easy walk from the back of the house) we were on the porch. Very nice to have the half bath with access from the first floor porch. We enjoyed sitting outside at the large table and used it for several meals. The local Vacasa office in Navarre was very helpful and responsive when we contacted them (especially Marla who even texted me with updates on WIFi repair status). We only had very minor issues (a WiFi outage and needed a propane bottle refilled for the grill). The ONLY thing we did not like about the house was the sheets on the beds in the 2 first floor bedrooms had fitted sheets that were way to small for the mattresses and would pop off the corners every time you moved even slightly. Also, plan on buying bags of ice because the icemaker has extremely low output of ice- but this is a small trade off for an otherwise very nice kitchen. The bedsheets were much more of an annoyance than the icemaker was- lack of ice was easy to solve but really wish we would have reported the sheets to Vacasa while we were there because it was an issue every night. For such an amazing house, the sheets on those 2 beds were terrible. Vacasa, please upgrade the sheet to ones that made for the nice thick mattresses that are there- seems like such an easy fix- I had noticed the other previous comments from other guests about the sheets but they are still an issue- they just will not stay on the mattresses at all. They were so bad that I considered going to the store and buying some myself that fit but did not want to leave the beach just to go buy sheets. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. Will be happy to stay in this house again and would definitely recommend Vacasa to rent from- they were great to work with also the house was so clean. The house is actually even nicer than the pictures. Location is great- Navarre is quite anyway but this house is in a really quite area of the beach near other houses rather than tall condo buildings- helps make vacation even more relaxing. Can't wait to come back!

The house was exceptionally nice and well appointed with great views and access to beach. Had a great time. Would caution guests with mobility concerns. Like most beach homes required quite a bit of stair climbing. I got some exercise. Would go back in a heart beat.

Everyone loved the house! View and location right on the beach were great. Excellent kitchen...very large central island...very well equipped - and high quality stove/oven/microwave/refrigerator. Two large dining tables that seat 8 comfortably...one inside and one outside on the porch/deck.... were very high quality, probably the best we've seen in 50 years of going to Navarre. The large covered deck/porch provides tons of shade during the day and also provides a great view of the dunes and the beach. There is extensive storage in every room. Brand new washer and dryer (commercial quality) will let you "travel lighter" since it's easy to wash clothes/towels as needed. Outstanding outdoor shower...enclosed! Only negatives....1) the ice output in the frig is practically zero....we made an ice run every morning to get 2-3 bags of ice and kept them in the large freezer; 2) the top floor has the master bedroom and two other sleeping areas - which all together could accommodate 8 people....but there is only one bathroom for the whole floor. Worked okay for us since we had a family of four in that area with two kids (age 10 and 14). And we used the nice half-bath downstairs when needed! Dealing with Vacasa was great - all of the people we interacted with could not have been nicer and were all very "customer focused." The guys who came to the house to deal with one minor problem were very friendly, skilled, and professional....and provided good recommendations regarding restaurants in Navarre. All in all, our family group of eight had a great time at Whispering Palms and we're looking forward to booking with Vacasa again. The week and the house were outstanding.....one of our best experiences ever over our 50 years of trips to Navarre Beacch!

Property was exactly as listed. Beautiful home with exceptional views. Very clean. Sheets were like paper and not comfortable but hearing the waves crash might have made up for that. Need to bring extra garbage bags, soap, dishwasher and dishwashing soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Master bedroom was really just 2 twin beds pushed together. Bathrooms were great, plenty of towels and the kitchen was a dream. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at Whispering Palms. The house was great for our group of 7 adults and 4 children (ages 1-8). Our favorite parts about the house were the SPECTACULAR VIEWS, wonderful porches, and the super comfy beds. There's not quite enough seating in the living room, but with lots of dining room chairs and bar stools it wasn't a problem. The kitchen is gorgeous. The only ice maker is the one in the fridge with a small bin, so plan on keeping bags of ice in the freezer. But it's well equipped with just about everything needed, including tons of pantry space. The shower on the ground level is super handy for rinsing the sand off, but there's no door, so I wouldn't count it as place for a real shower. We brought our own beach chairs, umbrella, and tent. But 2 beach chairs with umbrella set up comes with the house with instructions on who to call to get that set up, and the option to purchase additional rentals.
The layout of the house worked great for us, but might not be ideal for everyone. The master bed and bath are on the top floor, and the master bath is shared with the double bed room, as well as the open nook with the double bunk beds. The 2 queen bed rooms are on the main level, each with their own bath. The half bath is conveniently located next to the living room with a door to the outside as well. All the closets are huge and bathrooms spacious. There are currently no luggage racks, which would be a super handy addition. Especially since my 4'11" mother could not reach the closet racks as they are abnormally high.
We couldn't have asked for a better location! It's a fairly quiet beach with lifeguards on patrol. We were there the week both hurricanes were in the gulf, so the weather wasn't perfect and we had double red flags most of the week so we couldn't get in the water. But the house is close enough (5-10 min drive) to beaches on the inlet side for the kids to swim.
Overall, it was an awesome week in a great house and we booked it again for next year!
P.S. We left the 12'x12' tent there for the house, but it's really on it's last leg as a couple bars in the top are broken. So I wouldn't bother trying to use it in windy conditions. Not sure if it's ever not windy, but we used it the week of the 2 hurricanes.

Had a great family vacation! Beach was gorgeous, very secluded very private. The house had everything we needed, but there were only two beach chairs and a small umbrella. Make sure you bring extra chairs and a tent, it is very hot there.
Vacasa, the property management company is difficult to get a hold of. They rarely answer the phone or email messages
