The location of the villas is great! The trolley system makes travel to the boardwalk easy. The beach was just a short walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pensacola and felt like this unit suited us well. We didn’t mind the 2 minute walk to the beach and actually enjoyed feeling a little more secluded than being beachfront. We’ve done that before but wanted to try something different. This unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had the needed supplies so that we could cook breakfast and lunch in and remain close to the water. Going out each night was fun, though! If you want to play games, you should pack some. We were glad we brought decks of cards. Lastly, we enjoyed the clean exterior of the Villas. They are well maintained and were even painting parts of it while we were there. The lagoon is full of turtles and fish which were fun to watch.

I like that the unit was on the beach but not in the middle of the busy tourist section. Trolley stop is less than a block away; food options are within a few minutes. The unit is 2 minutes away from a playground and 5 minutes from another one. The National Seashore is within 10 minutes with several places to shop, eat, play or have access to the beach between. The Property Management Office maintained enough contact to ensure we didn't need anything but not too much to be intrusive. The neighbors in the building are very loud late at night.

Unit was perfect for our stay. Appeared recently renovated. Family friendly. Walk to beach from unit not far. Easy access from where car parked to stairs/entrance. Met all our needs. Management responded quickly to call/texts. Management very friendly and professional. Great communication from management re rental confirmation, prep/info Re arrival/check in, and check out reminder/process.

We arrived Sunday night and had no television reception or wifi at all. But it was fixed the next day. My only complaint would be they wanted to have a repair man come in to install wifi. We hadn't had a problem since the first day. I thought it was a little rude to be asked to let a man come in while we were away.

Nice and convenient to beautiful Pensacola Beach. I live in the area and can tell you being on the gulf side is the best even if you don't have a view of the beach. I'm not a fan of crossing over the main road with kids and beach gear and with this condo, you do not have to do that. The grounds are nice with ponds, ducks and convenient walking paths to the pool and beach. Very peaceful! The pool is bigger than it appears in the pictures.
The condo was very clean. The host very responsive. Easy parking. This condo is only one small flight of stairs to the door. The beds were comfy. We did not use the sofa pull out bed. Also there were plenty of hooks throughout the condo to hang wet towels and bathing suits.
The kitchen is pretty well stocked. Of course as with any beach rental these are the things I always pack. These are not just specific to this condo: Storage containers for leftovers, ziplock bags, a good can opener (they all usually have one but don't always work well), dish rag or sponge for kitchen, kitchen cleaner/wipes, laundry detergent, liquid soap for bathrooms (unless you like using bar soap), gripper kitchen garbage bags as all the rental companies seem to give you the kind that don't grip the garbage can at the top and they fall down. They do supply a small roll of paper towels, two dishwasher cleaner pods, small dish soap at sink and small toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap bar) for each bathroom
I do believe you can get the condo cheaper if you book directly through Pensacola Beach Properties but I can't definitely confirm.

Easy access to Beach, and very close to the pool. Not a beach view but so close it was easy to walk over in the morning for the view. Beds are great and everything was clean. Just make sure you stop for any groceries you need in Ocean Breeze because no place on the beach to buy much if you want to cook. We had very quite nights even tho there were upstairs tenets. So every thing was great and would come back again.
