This gorgeous 8-bedroom (sleeps 28), 8.5-bathroom, 5,100 sq ft, vacation home has everything that you desire for a relaxing and easy beach-side getaway. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, so everyone spends less time waiting for the bathroom and more time enjoying the beautiful Emerald Coast views, gorgeous white-sand beaches, and luxury amenities. The home comes fully furnished with 2 king, 8 queen, 8 twin beds and 2 large living areas which are perfect for your multi-family vacations, reunions, private events, weddings, or escapes with friends to paradise. If you need some down time, there is a TV in every spacious, comfortable bedroom for your personal enjoyment.

Wake up in the morning with a gourmet breakfast or a simple cup of hot coffee/tea on either one of the two expansive covered balconies which offer unobstructed views of the sparkling Gulf. When you get tired of the view, head out back to the private, heated pool lined with palm trees and lounge chairs and a grill for poolside BBQs. In the evenings, lounge on the balconies to watch the sky dance between the breathtaking colors of the Gulf's sunsets. Remember, the most beautiful sunsets are the ones we share.

The incredible chef’s kitchen can easily accommodate parties of any size! The eat-in island comfortably seats 12+ and the dining room table seats 14. In the kitchen, there is two of everything - two dishwashers, two sinks, two refrigerators/freezers, two under counter ice-makers, double ovens, and two washers/dryers. Hopefully your group has two chefs!

Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities. Kids will love the open spaces and playground areas, delicious candy shops, as well as fun museums. Catch a Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game.
