We had a wonderful time at this amazing apartment! Everything matched the description, and the apartment was clean and cozy, with a great atmosphere. The location was convenient, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. All the necessary amenities were available, making our stay comfortable. We were very pleased and will definitely come back again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

Great stay, private beach access was amazing. Everything was clean which is very hard to come by for airbnb these days. Comfortable beds, we didn’t use the pullout couch. Plenty of space for my family. Couple of min away from all the restaurants. Not far from Opal Beach. It was not noisy or crowded. The pool was also very nice and clean. If we come back we will be booking here again.

Very spacious condo in a pristine location to the beach! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Beds were comfortable and the patio was great for morning coffee hearing the waves. Master suite truly feels like a master suite. We loved having the extra bathroom space for toiletries and clothes!

Overall the location of this condo, is great! would use this place again in the future. Pro: short walk to the beach. You can see a bit of the ocean on the terrace. Clean and organized. Cons: Master bathroom bathtub was dirty or maybe its just stained. Also the bathtub didn't drained well. I did informed the office in regards about it and they offered to fix it. But we were there for a short time only. Sliding door didn't lock but has a long stick to block the sliding. Front door didn't have a lock either, it was kinda weird. There was some miscommunication in the cleaning crew. there was a ladder, some keys and steamer left in the condo. I called the office and someone came the following day to take them.

We had a wonderful week at this location. I LOVED that the beach is not crowded. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the kitchen window. This might not matter to the majority but the air conditioning works GREAT. Some beach houses I’ve rented we had problems with sleeping due to the humidity. This one will freeze you out at 70°! I loved it…so I slept great. Some suggestions for improvement would be the follow up on cleaning and maintenance. Both bathrooms had significant mildew on the shower curtains and walls. Several tiles were broken around the dining room table. The lock was missing on the sliding door to the balcony and a board was used to prevent entry. It was a girls trip so I would’ve felt more comfortable if there was a deadbolt on the entry door. Lastly, the front left burner did not work. None of these things prevented us from having an amazing trip but they need to be addressed to create and maintain loyalty to your properties.

The place was great. Just like the description. It was close to everything. It was clean and had plenty of items to make us feel right at home. One thing I wish it would have had was a reusable coffee filter but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as described. Kitchen was well furnished. Washer and dryer were great to have as we were at the beach a lot. Parking, Beach and pool were all very close. Communication during the whole process was quick and thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a brilliant location with an amazing beach right there and is so convenient and beautiful. Other guests in the property were all so warm and friendly, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, with plenty of room for our 4 person family. Only suggestion would be to update the kitchenware, as it was frustrating to cook with the pots and pans. Virtually no coating left and everything sticks, even when we tried to coat with butter, the butter stuck. We ended up boiling our eggs the final morning because it was the only practical way to cook our eggs. If you are not planning on cooking this wouldn't be an issue however. Other than this suggested upgrade our overall stay was amazing and are so appreciate of the hosts for making it available to rent. Thank you!

This was our first time at this particular condo at Villas on the Gulf and we really appreciated how much closer it was to the beach! It was clean, nicely decorated and reasonably stocked with essentials. The master bed was quite firm but otherwise the room was spacious and nice. Loved the ocean view from the balcony and the kitchen window. It’s nice how not crowded the beach is on the east end—even on Memorial weekend! We had a great two weeks! Would definitely stay here again!!

The area was great. It was quiet but a very short drive to the area restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 5. My only complaint would be that the lighting is a little dim in the master bath which made putting on makeup to go out to eat a little hard.

It was so special to wake up every morning and sip our morning coffee on the balcony and then go take a walk on the beach. The beach is actually closer than the pool is! The beach is great, there is easy access, and it is never crowded. We stayed in a different unit this time, and we are glad we did. It was closer to the beach. and we could see the water from the balcony, as well as from several windows. The furniture, decorations, and equipment were all well-done and well-maintained. The previous place we rented was obviously just a money-maker for the owner; adequate, but not outstanding. This one seemed to be someone's vacation home that they rent out when they are not using it. A subtle difference, but the evidence was everywhere. When we arrived, internet service was flaky (apparently due to a storm that had come through the day before. When I called the property manager, they had someone there within an hour who fixed it right away. We had no other issues, but I expect that they would also have given them prompt attention if we had. We plan to return to Pensacola Beach in a year or two. We will definitely rent this unit again if it is available when we visit PB.

My little family stayed in this condo. Great view of the water! Price was right as well. I loved drinking coffee in the morning on the patio watching and listening to the ocean. The condo was clean and had most of the accommodations needed to cook your meals. I’d recommend staying here with a family of 4.

This unit has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We love that it's literally only 200 steps to the beach. The development is quiet and many families there to enjoy the vacation. The only compliant that I have is there are no bathrooms at the pool. This is very inconvenient with children.
