Area Attractions:

Visit the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping dining, live music, swimming or strolling down the boardwalk. The Shell, an iconic Pensacola Beach landmark is at the heart of the boardwalk. Stop by for live music in the summer!

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. offshore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

Great space for my family of four! A quiet apartment complex, with easy access to the beach. The apartment was small, but had all the necessities!Loved having a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again, as well as recommend the space to others!

We loved our stay at the Villas. Our condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everthing you need to cook meals. It is closer to the highway but there is also a walkway to the beach, which only takes a couple minutes. It is a top floor condo. If you are staying with small children who like to run around i would not recommend bc the neighbors below can hear all of the movement.

The best VRBO I’ve experienced!

This place is perfect. It’s so so well stocked. The beds are so comfortable. The location is a short super easy 4 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. As long as you can climb 2 flights of stairs, this is the place for you. I’ve never been more comfortable in a VRBO, and I can’t wait to come back.

This was a nice home to stay in for a trip to Pensacola. Home is extremely clean! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was very spacious for us. Rooms were good sized with nice closets. There is a jack and hill bathroom between the two rooms and a half bath in the main living area. Kitchen had everything you would need including spices. Plenty of plates and glasses. It was nice to have the Smart TVs to watch at night. Quick 5 min walk to the beach from the unit. Unit is on the 3rd floor - we did not have any issues but may be something to consider for people with mobility issues. Nice covered parking is provided. We did not have any issues staying here. Would rent again.

Villas on the Gulf

The condo was perfect in every way! Beds were super comfortable, all kitchen amenities you would need, plenty of space. There were actually multiple umbrellas and chairs already in the condo. We rented umbrella and chairs from Lazy day rentals. Very easy to set up online . My tidbit of advice is to bring a wagon to tote to the beach. It’s only a 3 min walk but lugging all the beach necessities, it’s a haul;) would definitely stay here again.

Good Location Nice Accommodations

Away from the hustle and bustle and down the road a bit is a very nice condominium. The rooms we stayed in were very nice decorated and equipped. Lack of elevators and ramps took a toll on some of our mobility impaired guests. While this room did not have ocean views, I thought the room was incredibly well done.

Wonderful Property

We were in town for a sports event and this property was a wondeful fit for us. It is well stocked and felt like visiting a friends home. Beach access was easy. The property was perfect for an evening walk. We enjoyed a few days of rest at the pool and beach and were very comfortable. Would definitely visit again!

We loved this cozy condo. It is not right on the beach, but it is in a little community,and the beach is a 5 minute walk.
The condo was stocked with so many things you would need. (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, laundry detergent, etc.)
If you are coming with kids, bring bread. There is a little spot to feed turtles and ducks. My kids enjoyed it so much.
The hosts were super sweet and let me know that the condo was ready earlier, and we could have a little bit of an earlier check in.
The only “negative” is that there was no elevators. The only way to access the condo was stairs. If you have someone who needs an elevator, or does not do good with stairs, it may be an issue. My family was capable of using the stairs so it was not an issue.
We absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful Place for the Value and Location

The property was very close to beach. It was also far enough away from town for some quiet and privacy but close enough for a short drive into restaurants and shopping. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with all the supplies needed for beaching/pool time including coolers, umbrellas, and chairs. I would highly recommend for your next beach vacation!

The condo is very comfy, and warm. They had extra blankets and towels which came in very handy at the end of our stay. It was very clean when we got there and had everything you need in the kitchen. The only downside to it was that there was people working outside and they started hammering exactly at 7 am right by our bedroom window. Other than that great place to stay for a mini getaway to Pensacola.

Sweet little spot - some assembly required

The outer property is well kept and inside is well updated and clean. As with any beach rental you never know if there are beach chairs or boogie boards (possibly donated by a previous renter). This had both, but again don't count on it. The master bed frame broke upon sitting down (I'm 150lb wet). My only complaint (maybe petty) was that no bed was made. All sheets, etc were folded next to each. When on vacation coming from a long drive (or flight) the last thing I want to do when I walk into a room is make my bed. It's bad enough all of these property managers expect to do 1/2 their cleaning by removing the linens and running the dishwasher. I have NEVER had to make a bed at any property I've EVER stayed in Pensacola or ANYWHERE.

This property was WONDERFUL! Pensacola Beach is generally quiet and I was concerned being so close to the road. However, the unit is super quiet and the road was never an issue. The property is VERY CLEAN! Every single detail was thought about making for an extremely easy and enjoyable stay. The pool and beach are just a short walk away and its only minutes from all the shops/restaurants of "downtown". This was a gem of a find and I'm very glad I chose this property to stay at. I have stayed at other pricier places in Pensacola Beach that don't compare to this one. THANK YOU! I came home refreshed and with a happy heart (I was there to visit my son at the NAS). I'm very grateful and will consider this property the next time I'm in Pensacola! FABULOUS!!!!
