Property ia exactly as shown in listing; very clean and updated with all the dishes, etc we needed to cook a few meals. PERFECT location...truly just a few steps to the beach. Weather did not cooperate this week, but still enjoyed the property. Will try to stay here again next summer.

We absolutely loved this place. It was out of the busy part of town and less congested, which is what we were looking for. But yet close enough to restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to make our dinners, and loved having a washer and dryer!! Communication via text or calls were great! We will for sure be back!

Well maintained . Clean . Beautiful beach front property in a prime location. Our apartment was very clean , looked newly renovated. Furnished beautifully. Kitchen Appliances and washer and dryer , where like new . Our family , especially the grandchildren enjoyed i the stay enormously! The patio facing ocean front was awesome to just sit and enjoy watching and listening to the ocean.

The location of the condo was great, although the exterior look of the condo was a bit deceiving. The exterior of the property is showing some age, but the interior of the condo was updated and very clean. The water was beautiful, and we found many great spots to eat at.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to the beach and boardwalk but also far enough from the big crowds. My only "complaint" is that the washing machine had a foul smell because water was getting trapped in the rim lid and the dryer didn't dry well and we needed to run the dryer cycle at least 2 sometimes 3 times to get anything dried that we washed. Otherwise I would definitely come back to this property without a doubt.

It’s a great place to stay. As others have commented, looks a bit dated, and the exterior of the building looks a bit weathered, but it is a beach condo, overall is ok. The apartment was really clean, and looked well taken care of. One think we all noticed, the towels had a very weird smell to them. As we were on our way to the condo I got a call from the administrator that we could actually check in earlier, followed by a “warning” that the parking lot had flooded and we would have to enter through the back of the complex, not the front. I couldn’t wait to get there and see what we would come across. I have to say the call should have come much sooner. Had we taken the car instead of the SUV we would have not been able to access the parking nor the complex. I am pretty sure this is not the first time this happen, so they should be better prepared on how to handle the situation.

My girls and I had such an amazing time. This particular unit was perfect and the deck looked right out to the beautiful white sands of the beach. Everything was stocked in the unit. I loved that it was a keyless entry unit. The washer and dryer came in handy as well as all the amenities the kitchen had. The chair and umbrella rental was very convenient as well. We are already planning our next visit and I'd love for it to be this unit. It was perfect!

The condo fit all our needs for a beach vacation. We have stayed at Villas on the Gulf several times and love the location. It is in a quiet part of the beach and not as crowded. The condo was clean and well equipped for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo and location was phenomenal!! All the photos were spot on for accuracy and cleanliness! We’ve stayed a lot of places and this was the first perfect experience we’ve had for cleanliness, comfortable beds with the ultimate mattresses, clean bedding, wonderful Furniture inside and awesome patio chairs that were higher above the railing so you could see the ocean perfectly. The showers were amazing with great water pressure!! There were so many added modern touches and upgrades throughout the condo. Such as the beautiful tile floors the beautiful shower door and modern details in the bathrooms as well as plenty of hooks to hang things. Beautiful wall decorations as wall. The view was just as the picture shows and so peaceful. A true calm family environment that gave us the vacation we were longing for. The owners and the property managers go to great lengths to clean thoroughly and provide A very comfortable stay. I am so excited and positive about this property that I will certainly go back it was the only place that had everything figured out the way that I think it should be and I give it a 10 star if I could. Pensacola beach alone was fantastic and offered so many great restaurants and places to go it was the ultimate experience and this condo it was perfectly located to all of it! I can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the owners and property managers!! This was the perfect bang for the buck, it’s priced so well for all of the things that included!

Overall it was a good stay. Check in was iffy due to not getting any info until 30 minutes before check in time. We were not left a parking pass but we didn’t have any issues with parking. Neighbors upstairs were extremely loud. Alarm in bathroom kept going off and we couldn’t figure out the issue.

Such a short want to get to the water. Everything was super clean and comfortable.
The best part was the PBP team put gatorades and snacks in the condo for us when they found out we were staying for a crossfit competition...what a nice touch- great customer service.

The location was perfect! Only took 1 min to get down to the beach. Management was easy to contact (only had to contact them for check in) the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. No issues during the stay.

If is literally 30 yards to the bridge to the beach and having the beach view was a great way to start the day. Accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 but 6 can stay easily. I spent hours on the balcony with the awesome chairs and phenomenal view. The unit is actually larger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and dishes. There are plenty of extra blankets. This was the best place we've ever rented on the beach. The only downside was we could hear the people walking in the unit above us. I would definitely choose this unit again! We found a local seafood market (Outta Tha Blue) in Gulf Breeze and cooked some amazing dinners. We also enjoyed Casino's Beach Bar & Grill and Peg Leg Pete's. And the best breakfast on the island is at Native Cafe. The complex is not near the very high rise condos so the beach was not crowded. It was a beautiful week and was just the trip we needed!

We had such a great time on this property. The property management team was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. We usually get into town early and can never get an early check in. This time however, I called the office and they went out of their way to not only get us in early, but four hours early! This gave our kids an extra day on the beach. Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean, typically I bring my own cleaning supplies when traveling with children and there really wasn't any surface I found to be dirty. The room had a strange salty scent to it but most beach front properties have this, just not that strong. The master bed was very uncomfortable for our taste so we slept in the other bedroom since we had a free bed open. Location was perfect and overall the unit was perfect except for minor things. If we come back to Pensacola we will keep this place in mind for future stays.

Very comfortable & cute without being stuffy. Beach front is the best! Quiet area with private access to the beach. Best stocked kitchen with every convenient gadget you can imagine including good knives. Even the ice maker worked overtime. The washer/dryer are full size and appear new. There are 6 hooks on the balcony to hang towels and swimwear so you aren't tempted to hang it over the railing. There were 4 of us staying in the condo but we hosted several dinners with up to 5 more. It was cozy but still great fun! We cooked amazing red snapper caught on the Hog Wild the same day. Fantastic! Will stay here again.

We decided that we would be spending the same or even a little less renting a condo with a full kitchen than we would staying at a hotel with a mini fridge. The unit itself was wonderful and the view was absolutely breath taking. There was really no downfall to this condo aside from the distance from the nightlife that Pensacola had to offer. It was too early in the year for the trolley to be running and also too far to walk. However, a taxi ride was inexpensive and unfortunately our only option. All in all, awesome experience with the condo and management!

The unit was as described and it the very best location. We were a little disappointed with dinning at Shaggy's this time but Peg Leg Pete knocked it out of the park.

The views are spectacular and the distance from the condo to the beach is such a short walk for little kiddo legs and parents carrying all the beach stuff. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the pictures, and having two full sized beds in the kid's room gave ours plenty of space to play and rest.There are also no decorations on tables to worry about little fingers messing up, and there is no one below you so there's no need to worry about little noisy feet running around bothering neighbors. We had such a relaxing week and hope to stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: It was a cute little condo and just right for two people.Loved the chairs on the deck for sitting.Only complaints would be the very flat and old pillows on the beds.Not a big investment for them to get new ones.The people upstairs were very loud coming in during the middle of the night and the whole weekend.Otherwise everything was perfect and we would stay there again.Bringing my own pillows!

The furnishings Are very nice, and the kitchen is large enough for three chefs to work in at the same time. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus! Being right on the beach in a residential setting is very nice. The ladies at Pensacola Beach Properties are very accommodating, if you need anything, just call their office.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Villas on the Gulf in unit M5. We had beautiful views of the ocean and beach! Minimal stairs to climb to get to the condo which was nice since we had kids with us. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well put together. My only complaint, & it's not even a big deal, was that the dryer in the unit never dried the clothes or towels on the first cycle.. You had to run it 2-3 times before the laundry was dry. Other than that it was a perfect place to spend our week on the beach & we would definitely come back in the futute!

The unit in Pensacola was the cleanest and most well maintained unit by far of any rental we have ever stayed in. It makes for a much more enjoyable vacation.

Plus, for the same price as a single hotel room else, we were able to get a two bedroom condo. Basically our own apartment with all the furnishings of a home.
