Tristan Towers is a 16 story complex with 90 condos on the sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts gulf views in some units as well! We had a great time at this property. Unit 9B has undoubtedly one of the best views on the island, and you are right across the street from the beach so it is an easy walk or drive if you have a lot of beach gear. A few items we did not think to pack weren’t there (salt&pepper, cooking oil) but otherwise the kitchen had great amenities for cooking any meal you decide—though once you try the restaurants (Peg leg Pete’s, Shaggy, Flounder’s, Felix’s) you may not want to cook!
We especially loved sitting on the porch and watching sunsets during the evenings over the sound. The room was great, and though certain aspects felt a little dated, we rather enjoyed it and it felt like home considering we were coming from a small town where everything is somewhat dated. The use of mirrors in the condo makes the entire unit feel like you have ocean views, absolutely spectacular.

Great Gulf and Bay views
Great 2 bedroom with split bedroom/bath set up. Great views from all rooms. Noise once a week for 45 mins from generator which is tested every week. Good protected parking. Gulf beach right across street from parking lot, property sets on Bay with pier you can walk out on or fish. Suggest deck furniture needs replaced - rusting so bad on legs they do not set level. Agent “PBP” advised us that will give us credit for unspent days in apartment that should be used within next 5 months , and we are great full for that. Also, at some point we lost WiFi due weather commotion in Gulf , called PBP And they sent technician witheen few minutes. Condo 9B was very clean and well maintained .Actualy complete Tristan is well mainent and very clean.Descreption of condo is accurate regarding amenities, layout and location and We will recommend it to our friends who can be satisfied sleeping only in master bedroom.The other room has very poor quality beds ,and for us was not of any use. I really wish for owner to tray to spent one night in any of these two twins , just to understand need for immediate upgrade of beds.- Posted: 10/6/2018

Our preference was Tristan Tower 9 B ( or any B available at top flor) Apartment 9 B is lately our preference due to well maintenance and clean space.We have been in some condos overstocked with furniture, usually cheap and unnecessary.This is not case with 9 B , It has enough furniture for your comfort stay , but not to much to be on your way all the time. However , there is big disadvantage for us - senior citizens - which is uncomfortable beds.Beds Loks good , and are very clean , but all of them are very noisy. Again , we are senior and it might be part of problem, but we think that owner need to try themselves and probably will understand issue. Also we think that common hall for all other apartments are over saturated with chemical “ refresher “. We checked some other floors and noticed that tenants are pulling out refreshments from its receptacles. So , we are very satisfied with 9B during the day , but not satisfied during the sleep time.- Posted: 5/12/2018

Plenty of room to relax and ocean views from literally every room. Pots, pans, dishes to do any cooking you can think of and literally a three in walk to the gulf or right down stairs for the bay. Loved the gated community and pool for a late night dip. Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would recommend staying at Tristan Towers. The views were amazing and the complex is very family friendly. While the location is the last tower before the park, its an easy drive and walk to the boardwalk and the main Pensacola Beach area. The condition of the condo was nice, however there were a few things (light bulb out, crack in a mirror, etc) that were noticeable. We did need a new cable box for one of the TVs, so it was out of commission for most our stay. The only thing that was pretty dirty was the floor where it stuck to your feet. The rest of the condo was immaculate and very comfortable. I would say it was worth the amount that we paid and would rent it again.- Posted: 4/27/2013
