Welcome to Sun and Sand Retreat in Pensacola Beach. This three-bedroom and two-bathroom house is a short drive to the lively area of Pensacola Beach with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and beach activities. The home accommodates up to nine guests and has a one-of-a-kind private pool with heating capabilities for an additional fee of $75 per day and built-in loungers. Sleeping arrangements include a king master suite with a private bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a second guest bedroom with a full-over-twin bunk bed, and a living room sleeper sofa. Enjoy a propane grill on a large deck, a great hangout area under the house in the garage, a washer and dryer, and smart TVs throughout the house. Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities.
