Loved this place!! Convenient, Quiet, the floor to ceiling windows provided breathtaking views and Sunsets ? to die for. If you like to cook, this place has every appliance, pan and utensil. The beach is steps away and we had a nice view of the pool.

Everything was great except for the guest bed. The mattress was horrible. Definitely needs an upgrade. The odd thing is the mattress in the master bedroom was great. If it wasn’t for that one thing I would rate it as perfect all around. But an uncomfortable bed is not good.

Unit 424 was exactly what we were looking for in a beach rental. The location was perfect and the beach was easily accessible. The pictures shown were very accurate and the rental was very clean. We loved the two balconies and being able to keep the doors open to hear the ocean waves. There was no busy road to cross, just take the boardwalk straight down to the beach. The only complaint would be the pool. It was very dirty and could have used a good vacuuming to get all of the dirt and salt out of it. We will definitely be staying here again!

We LOVED this condo! We’ve been traveling here for 7 years and this has to be our favorite! So much we are coming back in July.
Only thing I would fix is a heavier shower curtain so it doesn’t stick to you.
Beautiful views. Large rooms. Very accommodating. Two balconies is to die for!!!

The condo has a great interior layout and it's fun for entertaining, but what's right outside the place is the real attraction. It's really close to a beautiful stretch of beach. You can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset views. You can ride your bike to Ft. Pickens or Peg Leg's from there. I've rented places all over the Beach, and this was one of my favorites.

This is such a great condo - great space and provided beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with a couple sets of dishes and flatware as well as an amazing array of serving pieces. Complete set of pots, pans, and baking sheets. I was very excited to host my family for Christmas - so much space.
Also, plenty of towels. The management company was eager to make it clear they were available and they were very responsive. A very enjoyable stay.

Our stay was fantastic! Having the indoor coded parking space was so very nice. The view from the UNIT was amazing! There are clear, concise statements in the UNIT about not taking the towels to the beach, etc. But PLEASE include a clear statement that the beach chairs and other items located in the garage area for that UNIT are, indeed, for the use of tenants! Somehow, this was not very clearly stated. Thanks. If possible, please also include the actual UNIT # a bit more prominently in the emails on check-in day! In order to double-check which UNIT # we were actually in on check-in day, in order to get to the “guest portal,” I needed WIFI access, but I had no WIFI access before checking in!! So it was necessary to go all the way BACK to “McDonald’s” in Gulf Breeze JUST to access some FREE WIFI (I tried a few places on the beach, but could not quickly find any FREE WIFI access!). Yes, I know that I should’ve better noted down everything, and I indeed had all the door codes! I just hadn’t properly noted down which UNIT # it was!! It would’ve been NICE if it could’ve been listed in the check-in email! Only the GUEST sees that. Thanks for considering this possibility.

This condo is a perfect beach retreat! We stayed here with two teenagers and had loads of space to hang out together...or apart. The location was exactly what we wanted: directly on the beach just steps away from the pool or the sand. The condo seems to have been recently updated (fresh paint and decor differences from listing's pictures, for example) and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. We also appreciated how quiet the condo was. With the heavy deck doors closed, the surf and pool sounds were almost completely blocked, and sound didn't travel very much indoors either. Some reviews mentioned that the refrigerator didn't cool, but that was not our experience. Maybe it's been replaced? We had to change the fridge setting because a bottle of water in the door had ice in it the next morning. No problem with the refrigerator!

Property was as described online. Kitchen was stocked & bedrooms were large. Balcony’s were great. Small leak near downstairs sliding glass door when rained. Looked like has been fixed before. Bedrooms upstairs get alittle warm at night but fans in condo help a lot & isn’t much of an issue. Overall great place - would stay here again.

Nice area between pool and beach for people to hang out at. Could always find a place on beach that was upfront never during day did you feel crowded or need to sit behind someone. Only downside I would say is the AC. Do not want you to set thermostat below 70 degrees which is fine except for upstairs sleeping at night. Vents are not pointing to master bed and doesn't really cool off if you like to sleep in lower temps. They have plenty of fans in condo so it helps. Again it wasn't hot but I like it to be cooler at night. Personal preference. Would definitely stay here again. Like the area at this condo more than main area in Pensacola Beach. It's about halfway between pier & Fort Pickens. Also convenient to have rental company close by if you would have any issues.

This condo complex and this unit, in particular, are fantastic! The unit is right next to the pool, which was never crowded or loud, we had a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Gulf and everything at the condo and the complex was very well maintained! We had our own garage and one uncovered space which was so nice! The unit is outfitted with EVERYTHING you could need for a fun week at the beach!! Hats, noodles, mats, toys galore! We had such a great week at the beach! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your wonderful place!!

Everything in the condo worked perfectly and the kitchen is stocked with things you may never need but have just in case. We were able to cook full meals with no worries about cookware or utensils. We even left a few items for the next crew which seeing as the cabinets and pantry already had some stuff in them seems common. The master bedroom and closet are huge and the presence of 2 balconies is rare. Being directly on the beach is a huge advantage and being in a small complex cuts down on beach crowding. The option to park in a secure garage was an added feature I liked to protect my vehicle. The walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's was a nice bonus. We can't wait to return as soon as we can.

The beds aren't the most comfortable, but we were able to sleep. It was the perfect location for those of us who wanted to use the pool and those who went to the beach. The view from both balconies is absolutely beautiful! We had a minor issue with not enough towels/washcloths and the property management company handled it immediately. This unit has a keypad entrance and it was so convenient. My sister stayed in a different SB Village unit that had two keys. They were constantly trying to locate the key! We will definitely be renting this unit again.

We get to visit family and stay at a family friendly beach. It's a win win. Tried a different place every year for the first few years trying to find the right one. We have been staying next door at Gulf Winds the past few years and it was nice and we thought we had a permanent place. On a mistake, we ended up staying at gulf winds 424 this year and we loved it. It was everything we hoped it would be. My kids 6 and 8 said they wanted to stay here every year. A little expensive but very nice.

We slept every night with the sliders opened and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. The master bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in at a rental. The kitchen was stocked with any gadget, dish, small appliance you will need. We love Pensacola Beach and this condo and will love to stay the next time we visit. The oceanfront view from both balconies was wonderful and one I will never forget. We also enjoyed shelling every morning while we took a stroll along the whitest sand beaches I've ever seen. The building itself does need some repair and some furniture needs to be upgraded in the condo, but it did not detract from our overall experience. The staff at Pensacola Beach Properties were absolutely wonderful and we have already booked through them for next year.

Great experience! The townhouse was just as described with unbelievable views of the gulf. The pool was easily accessible as was the beach. The townhouse was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and a great use of space in the bedrooms. Peg Leg Pete's restaurant is just down the road. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! I would highly recommend others to stay here.

Great townhome with an even better location. Experience the beach right in front of you! Wonderful balconies to sit, eat, read and relax while looking at the beautiful beaches of Pensacola. The home is also right next to the swimming pool which is perfect for older kids who aren't ready to rest. You can sit on your balcony watch the gulf as well as the kids in the pool. Great sleeping arrangements, large master bedroom/bath and comfy beds. Kitchen has everything you need and is spacious. We so enjoyed our stay and it was great to be able to walk to local restaurants. it was truly a perfect home on the beach with all our needs met. Going back again!

We had a great vacation at this place. The location was wonderful, right on the beach! It was perfect for our children to be just steps away from the beach and the pool. The accommodations were great. This place is very clean, comfortable, and the decor is very cute and beach themed. We had one other family with us and we were all comfortable. We each had a full bathroom which is a plus. The bedding was cute and the beds comfortable. The views made me never want to leave. Gorgeous! The master bedroom and the family room had stunning views with a balcony on each floor. We spent just as much time on the balconies as we did inside. One night we walked to Peg Leg Pete's, which was fun. Another night we stayed in and ate on the balcony. Another plus with the children was that the place had boogie boards and sand toys, which was so nice. We just washed them off, and put them back. It could not have been easier. I would recommend staying here. Very nice!
