Starboard Village 423

The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. We had everything we needed for a week's stay. One thing that impressed me was how well the sliding doors shut out the noise of the waves. Personally, I love the sound of the waves but one night was stormy and I couldn't sleep with the sound, so I simply closed the slider door, and all was quiet.
Staff was pleasant, answered my questions, and responded to my needs regarding moving furniture inside for the storm as it was too heavy for me to move inside myself.
The one thing that I wish was clarified better pertained to the sleeping arrangements. The site said the condo sleeps 6 but there are only two beds, a king and a queen so unless we are piling 3 people into each bed, the description is misleading.

Gulf-front condo on 2 floors with two balconies for beautiful views. Pleasantly furnished and kitchen very well-equipped, but tv in living room a little bit too small for all the football games over Thanksgiving! Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Designated garage greatly appreciated. Would definitely return.

Nice clean condo. Beautiful view of the ocean from living room and master bedroom. Pool was clean and next to our condo. There's 3 flights of stairs overall though to get to the bedrooms. Beds were firmer/harder than what we like. Bring a mattress cushion if you like a softer bed.

This is my third time staying here and I will be back in a couple of months! I have stayed in a hundred places all across the south east beaches and this place is one of my favorites. My only complaint is that the tv’s are very outdated… an upgrade is really due.

We were so shocked at the size of this place! It was huge and perfect for our family gathering. Three generations fit perfectly with room to spare. We were unexpectedly "upgraded" from our original unit that we reserved due to an issue with the sliding door to the balcony. We were not disappointed in the change! The property was in a great location. Right on the beach, close to Peg Leg Pete's, not a lot of traffic noise. The only bad point was the week we were there the slider door on the main floor was broken and the balcony was not usable. We got a discount for not being able to use the balcony, but the window was very dirty and we could not really enjoy the veiw.

The condo was easily accessible to the beach. Beautiful ocean view from the living room that is located on the 2nd level. Another beautiful ocean view located off the master bedroom located on the 3rd level. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. The condo has all the cooking utensils and glasses you need. Garage parking was also a plus.

We loved Starboard Village 423. The property was very clean and the beach views were amazing! We loved being able to keep our beach gear in the garage for east access as we headed to set up every morning. I have read some complaints about the beds being hard. They were very firm, but we slept great. My husband even has a bad back and it didn't bother him. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a comfy and beautiful unit. It has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of counter space. The view from the living room and bedroom balconies is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and loved the time on the beach and in the ocean. We were blessed with perfect weather and gentle waves. The only thing is there is no elevator and the unit is on second floor. Pack light. We loved the easy check-in and door keypad. The staff that manages the property were extremely helpful and kind.

This property had everything we needed!! We could have taken only our clothes, beach towels and toiletries and had plenty. This unit was steps from the beach!! We all thought the beds were comfy, but could have used more pillow cases so we could use the extra pillows. There was plenty of beach "stuff" in the garage to have fun and be comfortable on the beach. The furnishings were nice, but dated. All in all, we loved the unit and hope to return.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and it was such a great place! The condo was a little more than we needed for the 2 of us, but I couldn’t pass it up for the price and location! Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but close enough to walk to Peg Leg Pete’s, and it has fabulous views of the gorgeous white sand and emerald water. The bed in the master bedroom was quite firm for our taste, but we managed without incurring any new back issues haha. This unit comes with 2 parking spots in the garage beneath the unit which was an added bonus we weren’t aware of at the time of booking. All in all it was perfect for our getaway!

This property is far and away from the hustle and bustle of the Pensacola Beach crowd. Starboard Village offers its own Gulfront beach right near Ft Pickens Natl Park. You will not be disappointed in this well stocked condo w a beautiful view. The unit has everything you need to make yourselves right at home.

The condo was very comfortable for us and had lots of dishes & cookware so we could cook our meals. There were also corkscrews & wine glasses available. All appliances worked well. We slept great, listening to the surf every night and walked the beach nearly every day. Another couple joined us for a week; they said the guest bed was firm but was fine for their sleep. Pensacola Beach Properties made it easy to check in and out and were very accommodating. The beach in front of the condo has the softest sand. There are lots of shells to find, but it's hard to find big ones that are whole. We discovered that this February was a little too cold for fishing, so we'll have to go back. NAS was closed to visitors because of a recent terrorist attack, but Fort Perkins offered a great afternoon excursion. We also spent time exploring Navarre Beach and Gulf Breeze. Publix and Walmart are in Gulf Breeze, just over the bridge along the highway for grocery shopping. There are excellent restaurants about 2 miles away from the condo in Pensacola Beach. Crabs has a great Sunday brunch; try the crab & cheese omelet, served with beignets and fresh fruit. Flounders has remarkable clam chowder and margaritas. I took another traveler's advice and ordered the key lime pie to go; it's 3 large pieces for $6.99. Go into Pensacola to the Atlas Oyster House on Mondays for 25 cent oysters on the half shell and half price sushi on Tuesdays. The Fish House next door serves great oyster po'boys. We also went to Joe Patti's Seafood Market in Pensacola for Caribbean grouper to broil at home. It is the largest seafood market I've ever seen, and it smells fresh, no fishy odor. They also make a great chowder and offer deli items, cooking sauces, breads, and desserts. It's an amazing experience! I will happily go back anytime!

The kitchen cooking equipment was stock very well. The balcony’s was very private. The garage parking was very nice however parking a large pickup inside was a challenge but doable. The only issue we had was the stairs! 28 steps up to the front door level plus the stairs to the upper level.

My family and I loved your condo! Perfect location and view! Cant wait to come back! Close to everything but far enough away from the busy traffic. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. We all slept amazing. Patio furniture is a pain. Thought I was going to fall out or in the PVC chairs. The house keeping service seemed to do a very minimal job though through Pb properties at no fault to owner. But cup was left on patio, flower vase in kitchen was not cleaned out, second bathrooms towels smelled bad. Dusty or musty... dust on fan blades etc. Thank you for having us in your great home!

I have a bad knee and this was a bit of a challenge for me. the view is wonderful. we rented beach chairs from Lazy Day Rentals and they were quick to get things set up and very reasonable. the patio chairs are not comfortable. but the view made up for that. the check in packet did not mention use of the garage. we found that out the next day.

The second bedroom would be better with a queen bed, but it worked. This location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and more. I had two kids and felt very safe! The garage was nice to have as well! I do wish that the property had a chest in the garage with chairs, beach toys, etc. (might be a good investment for the owners). But no complaints about the property at all! I will do my best to stay there every chance I can!!!

My husband and I ventured out to Pensacola to adopt our newborn daughter and had to stay in the state for two weeks before we could come home. The staff at PBP were extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way. On the day that we brought our new baby home from the hospital they had posted a congratulations sign on their billboard for all to see and showered her with a beautiful gift basket!! I also had to do a lot of faxing of legal documents for our adoption and the staff let me use their fax machine which was a huge help! The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and comfortable and right on the beach! There is really not enough I can say about how wonderful our stay was. We will absolutely be returning soon!

We are parents of an IceFlyer hockey player travelling from Canada on short notice. PCP found us a great location close to him & a great holiday location. It was nice having a place that wasn't decorated as if the ocean had thrown up in the condo. Not a shell or a net to be seen!!! My only caveat is that the guest bed is only a full size.
