Starboard Village 121 is a beautiful corner two-bedroom, two and a half-bath condo that sits directly on Pensacola Beach. This two-story condo boasts gulf views and a Smart TV with YouTube TV in the living room that transitions seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. The glass sliders open out to the spacious beachfront balcony with comfortable furniture for those sunrises and sunsets! This beautifully decorated condo offers two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master offers a king bed with a twin trundle. The guest bedroom is a kid's paradise with a queen bed and a full-over-twin-over-queen bunk bed, allowing for plenty of room for six guests. Starboard Village is a low-rise beach front complex situated on the dune line of the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola Beach and has only 33 individual units. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf. Enjoy the paved bike trails, hop on the seasonal beach trolley or the Pensacola Ferry System to explore. You will love being beach front and close to Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Discover why guests return to Starboard Village year after year!

Area Attractions:

Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

Hello! Our stay in starboard 121 was wonderful. Flew in from Denver for a girl's trip. All 5 of us slept comfortably. The beds on a whole were decent. The odd bunk bed worked but not suitable for bigger people on the top. Watch your head and read the sign. Ceiling fan might be an issue if you don't. Kitchen is well equipped with a Crock-Pot and all the essentials. There is a good selection of generic spices. Both a Keurig and coffee pot. Bring your own extras. We ordered from WalMart delivery and they were there shortly after we arrived. They have one of everything really. But no extras. The unit was exceptionally clean. Modern and tastefully decorated. The views were amazing from both balconies. The molding was weird and cracked in places. The management company were wonderful and let us have a late check out. Their communication with the cleaner however was not so great. She showed up at the regular time and came back twice before we left. It's a quick walk to peg leg Pete's and the convenience store. The pool was 8 ft. The stairs were steep. Two flights. Not an issue for us but if you have a handicap or bad knees it could be. The detached garage had almost everything you needed for a great day at the beach which literally was only steps away on the public boardwalk right next to the condo or the private boardwalk in the condos. Everyone we met was wonderful and we had an amazing time on Pensacola Beach. We book again in a heartbeat!

Family Fall Break Stay Our family (two adults and our 8- and 6-year-olds) really enjoyed our stay at this condo for fall break! The host was very responsive and check-in was easy.One thing worth mentioning for future families — the condo is stocked with extras in the garage, including a propane grill, several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a couple of coolers. When I asked before our trip, I was told there wasn’t beach service included, so we purchased new chairs and a cooler ahead of time. It’s great to know now that the condo already has those items available — it’ll definitely save future guests money and space when packing!Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this condo and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, the condo is on the beach side but behind another row of condos so there is a restricted view of the beach. It is a smaller property (maybe 25 units) which we prefer because the beach doesn’t get overcrowded. Beach access is a short walk making it very convenient to go back to the condo during the day. There are 2 parking spots per condo, a garage for 1 vehicle and beach chairs etc which helps keep sand out of the condo, the other is a reserved spot outside.
You will need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the condo which may affect someone with mobility challenges there are no elevators.
The only complaint we had was the cleanliness. The floors were very dirty we had sweep when first arriving, and the shower curtains were moldy and in desperate need of replacement.
