We had a great stay! The property was right on the beach which was very convenient for our family of five. It made carrying all of the beach stuff a breeze!

Outstanding location right off the beach, two balconies provided plenty of space to just watch the Gulf and the birds. We had a couple of cleanliness issues that we have told management about, nothing that woud keep us away or from recommending the property. World's slowet Mr. Coffee, if you need morning caffeine get started early. Walls and ceiling not very thick, noisy neighbors would be a problem (a bit of an issue one night for us, not at all the rest of the time). Master bed not the most comfortable I've ever had but we managed ok. Recommended.

Communication with owners was super easy and helpful. The location was perfect- right across from Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s, plus super easy beach access. This part of the beach wasn’t very crowded either which was ideal! I would absolutely recommend this condo!

he property was as pictured and describe. It well suited our family of 6. It is right on the beach with convenient access to the beach. Shuttle stop across the street. Only thing is the outdoor furniture could be updated. I would recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. The area was quite and safe with nice neighbors but close to any restaurants. The unit was everything we needed. Large kitchen and a big table to play games on. The back decks were perfect for an early morning sunrise before a beach walk. The washer and dryer were huge and a big plus. Highly recommend!

Seahorse Townhouses are my favorite accommodations. Everything was improved since my last stay. The townhouse unit was well-kept. The rental management staff went beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and comfortable. When we were leaving to turn the keys in our car wouldn't start -- dead battery. We called the management office and someone came to the unit and gave us a jump. It took thirty minutes before the car would start and the gentleman was pleasantly helpful and wouldn't take any of the money we tried to thank him with. There was no penalty for turning our keys in late. Thank you PBP for averting our crisis.

It is a two level plus garage & it fit all 9 of us perfectly! If traveling with more than one family it was nice to be able to go to your own area & not be in the middle of all the activity. A few helpful tidbits: 1st floor: Has a front entrance door, a living area, small balcony, kitchen, small bath with shower & a king size bedroom. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, the grill is in the garage, not on the balcony and the staircase is spiral and not for anyone who has mobility issues. The 2nd floor: Also has a front entrance that opens into a bedroom which keeps the queen bed & set of bunks. There is an attached bathroom with a small stand up shower & there is a small kitchenette of sorts in one of the closets in the room. The washer/dryer are in the hallway leading to the “master suite”. This room is huge with a lovely bed, plenty of storage & a view that is AMAZING from a large balcony. The master bath has a shower/tub combo & high counter tops with two sinks. The 2nd floor also is where you find the AC control pad. The garage level is actually shared with the unit above 2nd floor (Unit Q). There are 2 garage doors so you each have a side. The owners live there during the summer & are so nice! We were really impressed with the kitchen stock! It had everything we needed and then some! That helps when you want to cook in more than you want to go out! The location was ideal, close to the “Charlie” aka the Trolley, Peg Legs & of course the beach!!! We enjoyed the views from all balconies especially when watching the Blue Angels fly by for breakfast & practice! The only complaint was the air on the 1st floor was minimal. There is no ceiling fan so the big track lighting makes it fairly warm in the dining/ living area. The bedroom & kitchen were warmer than upstairs as well but at least the bedroom had a ceili

There is everything you need in the condo. When we needed maintenance for a front door issue, they responded immediately! The shelling on the beach was so much fun. There is a trolley stop in front of the condo to take you to all of the restaurants and shops so you never even have to drive! Our friends live in the building so I will definitely be returning!

Condo was large enough to easily accommodate eight adults, with three large bedrooms and a family room with a foldout sofa bed. Each room has a flat panel TV with attached DVD player. There is plenty of furniture plus a great square kitchen table that comfortably seats eight. There are two decks with patio furniture. The beach is a two minute walk across a sand dune.

So handy for items that were forgotten or just extras. Also across is Peg Leg Pete's for excellent seafood and a wonderful bar with courteous and attentive service. The property itself is just as described and perfect for 3 couples, each bedroom with a bathroom of it's own. There are beautiful views of the gulf. The balcony is great for drinking your morning cup of coffee and watching the dophins frolic. The property is well appointed with anything you need to make your stay like being at home. The beds are comfortable, the dining table is great for both enjoying meals and playing games, working puzzles whatever. The staff at PBP are always helpful and efficient. Beth, Traci,Connie and April are always very accomodating and helpful with suggestions for places to go and things to do. This is a perfect vacation property, I have been staying in this property for several years now and hope to continue to stay here for many more. It is a delightful place and the staff could not be better. I have reacommended this location to friends and family and will continue to do so. Pensacola itself is a great place to explore, we have found many excellent restaurants there, one of the favorite places we go is Carmen's on Palafox for over the top lunches. The City Grocery cannot be beat for delicious sandwiches. Cactus Flower now has a restaurant in the pier area near Alvin's Island, they have delicious California Mexican food. We also enjoy the Saturday market on Palafox. Pensacola Beach is a wonderful vacation place for beach lovers.

It is very well equiped with everything needed for a carefree vacation. The location is perfect, directly across from Tom Thumb and the best restaurant on the island, Peg Leg Pete's. We also make several trips into Pensacola for the excellent food at Carmen's and City Grocery. The market on Sat. is fun for a stroll and looking at the local crafts and food items. It is great to have your coffee on the balcony and look for the dolphins. Traci at Pensacola Beach Properties makes everything easy. She is efficient and helpful. Thank you all for such a great stay at the Seahorse.

The condo was clean, and had everything we needed...especially the view. With the best resturaunt being almost directly across the street (Peg Leg's)we very seldom had to leave. OH and Traci at the PBP was the best to work with. Very professional! :)

From April to David, Connie, Traci and Beth, we know we're always in good hands. And now a concierge has been added. Kudos! As for our condo, unit H has always been our "go to" place to stay, as it has so many amenities and is nicely appointed. Our stays through Pensacola Beach Properties only get better with time. We deeply appreciate how well we are treated.

We arrived with our 2 teenagers and shared this condo with another couple and their grandson. We had plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Very peaceful location. We would definitely rent this condo again.

There was abundant room for all of us and the view from the condo was absolutely gorgeous! You are literally a staircase away from some of the most beautiful sand in the US. I can't wait to be able to make another trip!

We enjoy watching the dolphins in the morning while having coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The condo easily accomodates three couples, each with their own bathroom so no sharing required. The kitchen was amply supplied with all the needed appliances and cookware. We have enjoyed staying at the Seahorse for several years and we look forward to going back.
