Area Attractions:

Very well appointed condo and a nice location. It was not right in the middle of things so it was relaxing and quiet. A 5 minute walk to Peg Leg Pete's. A nice view of the bay, and the beach was right across the street. The only draw back is there are a lot of stairs to get to the condo (no elevator), and the bedrooms of the condo are on the second floor. We had to tote heavy luggage up several flights of stairs. We kept tripping on the steps going up to bedrooms because the tread nosing exceeds the maximum projection. Otherwise, absolutely wonderful place to stay, just be careful on the steps.

Perfect location away from the crowded main beach. Huge pool in complex and walking distance or very short car ride to the gulf across the street. Plenty of space for two couples. LOVED that both bedrooms have King size beds. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make a few meals. Planning on booking again next year.

Close to everything

This was a great place that looked exactly like the pictures. I was nervous renting a place with older reviews but this condo was gorgeous and spacious. I think it mentions in the description that it's stairs only, no elevator, so just be mindful for people with mobility issues.The pool was huge and a quick walk from the unit, the beach was right across the street and it's super close to Ron Jons, restaurants, etc. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was clear that effort went into decorating the place. My friend and I loved it and would return again.

Unit 721 is a very nice place to stay. It has apparently been upgraded with very nice appliances and fixtures and such. We did not actually walk to the beach, but it is literally across the street. We did walk out on the boardwalk behind the condo and it is nice to see with some great views. The pool is quite large and very nice. We only walked over to see it but did not get in as our favorite hangout is a very short drive down the road at Ft. Pickens. There is a convenience store next to the front of the property and a popular restaurant just beyond that, which is very convenient. The only con worth mentioning, in my opinion, is that the A/C is supposed to cool both upstairs and downstairs but it does not. It works fine for downstairs but not so much for the upstairs… where the bedrooms are. All in all, we would be more than happy to stay here again.
