Heaven
What a wonderful place. We were right across the road from a Tom's store that had pretty what you needed. Beautiful views from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and Peg legs is right across the street. We didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was to cold. A cold front came in on our way down and temperatures in the 40's at night. Friendly staff. We will be back. The only downside was if you like to cook there isn't much in the kitchen.- Posted: 3/14/2024

GREAT CONDO!

This location could not be beat! It is right on the beach and across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. It had plenty of room for two people and the bed was comfy. Away from the business
We love the location. Just a short drive to shops and restaurants. Only complaint is of 5 remote controls there to the two t.v.s none worked. They brought me new batteries but that did not work. Oh well, still loved our stay there. We will be retruning.- Posted: 10/3/2023

Perfection
This property is not only immaculately kept up but absolutely beautiful view of the beach and ocean ?! We even sat on our deck and saw various ocean wildlife swim by including schools of devil rays and a couple of dolphins. Best location on Pensacola Beach. Unit was on par with other units in the building (we’ve come to the Sans Souci for 20+ years and staying in different units over the years). Excellent Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci 307! The beach and pool areas were beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful. The location across the street from Peg Leg Pete's, and the Trolley were an added bonus. Being able to park in the parking garage and not out in the heat was really nice. The king sized bed was very comfortable, however the pillows, and the linens could use an upgrade. The AC worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower and the hot water was also an added plus! Everything in the condo worked and we had no complaints! It was a wonderful beach vacation! It's always about the view for us. It was gorgeous. The unit could stand some upgrading - the screen slider and the kitchen faucet. Perfect beachfront condo
Great location right on the beach, with nice outdoor patio to relax after a day on the beach. Elevator was very nice and there are carts available to transport items from your car to your room which made check in and check out extremely easy! Gated entrance with covered parking left our minds at ease! There is a convenience store right across the street for last minute snacks, drinks, ice, and sunscreen if needed. We enjoyed our visit. This is the second or third time we have stayed at this property. We love the balcony and the simming pool. Weather was marvelous and the Gulf was swimmable six out of seven days. our only complaint is that the bed and the couch were too soft for our old bones. A few problems
The property was as advertised but needed a few improvements. For example, the no slip treads in the bathtub were worn off making the bathtub slippery. The toilet off the bathroom did not flush well and at one point became clogged and overflowed. There was no plunger in the unit requiring me to contact my daughter who was staying in another condo to bring over a plunger. There were no pot holders nor a corkscrew.- Posted: 6/5/2019

Serenity at Sans Souci

Surroundings were lovely, and we felt so spoiled to have the Gulf right below our balcony. It was fascinating to watch the changing weather conditions, and to see the Big Dipper in the inky black sky one night, perfectly framed by our balcony door. The apartment is well equipped and very quiet; the king bed is particularly comfy! Because of the rain storms, we were particularly appreciative of the convenient covered parking.
