Nice stay
The property is located close to everything Pensacola beach, we were there for Beach Brawl and it was a short drive to the competition. The property manager took care of a small issue we had. Lovely vacation. Great location. Great stay.
This was a very comfortable condo for 5 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had their own space and loved having so many bathrooms. Makes a big difference. Overall it was very nice. Great view. Quick walk to private beach. Some pictures and amenities don’t match listing, such as no grill, yes blender (not listed) and garage door was completely off. It didn’t really affect our vacation, but it was just wide open. Seemed pretty safe, but it’s always a good idea to lock your valuables up. Literally a few steps from the water! Tons of space, everything you could need and LOVED the garage and feel of privacy. House was within a mile of great restaurants and shopping too! Great townhouse. We all felt right at home. Very spacious. The view of the beach was amazing. I liked that there were 2 coffee makers depending on what you like. Included everything one would need except a hairdryer. If there was one, I never saw it. The furniture was a little out dated- mattresses should probably be changed soon and the pillows on the couch should probably be cleaned but other than that, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.- Posted: 12/30/2022

Lovely, spacious, and well-appointed condo. So bright and airy! The photos accurately conveyed what we found on arrival and the layout was perfect for our group of six who ranged in age from 14 to 84. The fact that each bedroom has its own bath really simplified our schedule (there's also a half-bath on the main floor, which is convenient). The boardwalk makes for an easy stroll to the beach and we appreciated that there was an ample stock of beach chairs in the garage. Plenty of kitchen supplies, too, which is wonderful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone. (Oh, and it's also less than a mile from Peg Leg Pete's, which is handy!)- Posted: 3/13/2022

Great Week!
This was my first time renting from your company though we have been coming to P’cola and staying in Portside Villas for many years. The check in was seamless and the convenience of electronic locks was awesome. The property was clean and well maintained but could use some new kitchen essentials like baking pans, mixing bowls and knives. Perfect for families!
This was our first stay at the Portside Villas, and the location and condo was perfect for families with small children. The walk to the beach was short and the downstairs garage and deck stored all of the wet and sandy beach supplies. The condo was great too, with plenty of space and beautiful. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 young children, and we all had a great time. The kids had a blast at the pool, and it was only a short walk to the beach....perfect when you are trying to carry kids and beach gear! The home was clean and well stocked with all of the supplies we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. The whole process was super easy! My only "complaint" was that the master bedroom only had sheer curtains...beautiful for beach views during daytime, but kinda left me feeling exposed at night. The manager on duty had us move our cars to the outside gate, but neglected to ask other occupants to move theirs, making it very difficult to maneuver in and around the drive area. The acces to the beach was SO easy. We only regretted that the pool was not heated and after a walk in the rain we decided to take a shower to warm up, the last one (me!) had to take a cold shower. It's in walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's which we love. Only 2 miles from the boardwalk too. My sister lives close to Pensacola and I had her over so she could see it and she loved it. She will definitely recommend this place for future guests. Absolutely no complaints. We were in town for a wedding so we were only there for 4 nights. Portside Villas - A Great Place to Stay

A big kitchen/dining area and spacious living area are well designed for a large family. We love, love, love the location on Ft. Pickens Road. This rental has easy beach access and is NOT CROWDED! We had space on the beach to ourselves, right at the end of the walkway. We could leave our awnings (remove the cover when leaving to avoid it blowing off!) and chairs and toys on the beach the whole week! The complex has a pool too! We love jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach. Perfect! If you are looking for a quiet area, with no crowds - this is the place for you! A Walmart Market is located 10 minutes away for food shopping. It is new and was never crowded. Do you see a theme here? Our family wants to go to the beach and avoid crowds of so many other areas. Beautiful, Clean and Spacious Property on Quiet Part of Beach
