Perched high on the 20th floor, this beautifully appointed Portofino condo delivers the kind of views you don’t forget. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors flood the living space with natural light, framing the emerald Gulf waters and the serene Santa Rosa Sound like living artwork. The open living, dining, and kitchen area flows effortlessly onto a spacious balcony—ideal for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply doing absolutely nothing (the vacation dream).
The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, seamlessly connecting to a coastal dining space and inviting living room. Thoughtfully designed with bedrooms on opposite sides, the layout offers privacy without sacrificing views—each suite enjoys its own ensuite bathroom and calming water vistas.
The primary suite features a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, and a peaceful retreat vibe that whispers “sleep in.” The guest suite also offers a king bed and private bath, while a sleeper sofa in the living room comfortably accommodates additional guests. A convenient half bath, washer and dryer, and high-end furnishings complete the experience.

Snowbirds Welcome ❄️
Winter stays just hit different here. Snowbird season runs November through February, with discounted monthly rates available. Monthly stays require arrival on the 1st of the month and departure on the 1st of a subsequent month. All monthly rentals include an additional $150 cleaning fee. Reach out for alternative date requests—we’re happy to help.

Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities. Kids will love the open spaces and playground areas, delicious candy shops, as well as fun museums. Catch a Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach.
