The condo was exactly as shown/described. The condo is very spacious with soaring ceilings on the living room/kitchen upper level. The lower level is where the 2B/2B are. The location was amazingly beautiful! The beaches are great on both the bay & gulf sides & we saw dolphins on both sides as well. The condo had most material things needed for a 5 week stay, but we purchased extra kitchen towels for our use. The condo has 2 hair dryers not listed. The king bed was comfortable but loud. The mattress cover made too much noise. The bathroom with this bedroom is exactly as shown & needs some updating for a little comfort. It’s more like a wet room. The furniture was comfortable & plentiful but the carpet really needs replaced on the upper level. We LOVED our stay here & the area. At times, we were the only people on the gulf beach! A bicycle ride to Pensacola Beach up the road, is only 2.5 miles away…

It was a perfect location close to some beaches and the swimming pool was a nice plus. The house was at the end of all the housing so it felt alittle more secluded and peaceful. I just would recommend this property to whoever mentions going to Pensacola.

We absolutely loved the stay from Saturday until Monday morning. We had to park across the street due to painting in the carport. Then scaffolding was put up for the workers to work on the building. We definitely felt like our privacy was violated due to the living areas blinds was broken. ALL of the blinds in the area was missing pieces on all of the windows. Now, I understand that it’s hard to keep those kinds of blinds because children pull on them and they easily break. Maybe just get some cheap nice curtains to hang up.
Aside from the parking and privacy, Eve else was great! The men working on the building was very polite and well mannered. There was a spot on the top blanket on the kind size bed. I stripped the bedding and washed it before we slept on it. Aside from that, everything else was fine. The place is nice, roomy, clean and organized. I have recommended this place to three people already. My sister and I are already making plans for next summer.

“*Palm Beach Club will be undergoing restoration work through November 2023. This work includes balconies, walkways, garages, and flat wall repairs throughout the complex. Please call if you’re concerned about dates that impact your stay, dates subjected to change depending upon weather. Building 2 will not have balcony access until November 2023. **The fireplace in unit is currently not operable.**” Your feedback regarding the blinds is valuable to us, and we'll certainly discuss this issue with the owner. We are pleased that you found the property to be nice, roomy, clean, and organized. Wow…..Heaven on earth!!! It was amazing. The pictures could never do that view justice! I did not want to leave. So convenient for someone who doesn’t have transportation too! Not that I wanted to leave… used instacart twice for Publix and went to Flounders with the kids and it was perfect and went to the Grand Marlin for date night and it was delicious! There was a trolly too for people who wanted to venture out. Highly recommend!!! I would love to return one day! Great communication with the hosts too, I had to extend our stay on either side and they were prompt and helpful in doing so.

sound side in our back yard awesome pool area gulf across the road and fort Pickens gate was right next to us. We rode bikes to the forts with no traffic one night. Rooms was great! Over all great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the 7-days at the end of August and leading into the Labor Day weekend (during hurricane Ida) I had unit 219 at Palm Beach Club. So I stayed inside a lot, but really liked it.
The property was just as described in the photos they advertized, only perhaps a little better, the rooms brighter, all clean and well-maintained.
One time I could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat, which was in the hallway leading to my bedroom, too dimly lit for me to clearly see it. 5-minutes into the conversation with the property manager over this, still holding the phone, and the mainainance-manager knocks on my door...
It was our annual family reunion this year held in Pansacola that brought me there, and at Palm Beach Club we had for those 7-days altogether six 2&3 BR units, though only #219 through Pensacola Beach Properties. The other units I will not name, nor name their Real Estate agencies (2 of them), but will only say that my #219 was the best of the 6, and the sevice, from signing of the contract months before to my departure, was much superior to what we saw from the other two. I hope and expect to be back next year.

The location was wonderful. You get the the view of the bay and the beach is across the street. There are no buildings blocking the beach. The condo is very close to Fort Pickens State Park, which means no development on one side and it’s almost like you have your own private beach if you don’t like crowds.

Although it is an older building, the fresh new paint and adorable bedding and accents make each room a pleasure to be in. We were very happy and cozy here. It is at the end of the development and you feel like you almost have your own private beach. The Gulf side is gorgeous and not very crowded like Pensacola Beach up by the pier. Only 2 small issues was that one night we had some very inconsiderate neighbors who stayed up partying pretty late and loudly, but it was only one night, and the layout is a little weird since the bathrooms are both downstairs in the bedrooms. I'm an early riser and had to risk waking up my wife by trouncing around. Finally, you don't really get to enjoy the view from the tub since it looks right out over the pool. I recommend keeping the blinds closed while changing, unless you want to put on a show. Seriously, though, it was a nice place and well worth the money.

It was perfect to watch the storms rolling in as well as enjoy the boats, waves, and people watching. We enjoyed being able to go to both the bay as well as the gulf each day. The condo itself was roomy enough for the 5 of us and was very comfortable for our stay! We brought food and cooked majority of the time there in the condo, if anything, I would suggested bringing a few of your own pots as there are some but a couple more would have been great for our cooking experience. There is a nice working dishwasher and microwave as well as a toaster oven. The bathrooms were great, the one toilet in the master bath seemed to run a bit, but beyond that, all worked great for our stay! If you do want to go into town, there is a trolley stop right at the entrance of the buildings if you do not want to drive. There is also a Tom Thumb up the road for any last minute items or you can do by the boardwalk, there is a small market that we were able to grab some items that we missed.

Location could not be better! Walk across to the beach or walk right done to the bay! A short drive will get you to restaurants, the pier, stores and the boardwalk. Although the condo is small in square footage, you can't tell at all. It has a great layout and tall ceilings. I booked this condo based off furnishings and the feel and it was just as I hoped it was, when I arrived. It seemed in great shape and clean. Somewhat of a stale smell at first but maybe that was the person before us. Also house keeping left no toilet paper for us at all. Other than those 2 things everything was great and I would rent this condo again!
