Palm Beach Club 2-112 The Sugar Spot

We loved it. The pictures don't accurately represent how close you are to the water. Both the pool and private swimming area were steps out the door. The unit was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5.

This was a wonderful property. The manager was quick and efficient in all communication and there was no difficulty at check in. Both balconies had pretty views. We were a group of two adults and two children. Everyone had ample room. Other guests and residents were friendly and respectful while we were there. It was so nice to stay at a community where quiet hours are actually quiet!

All in all, it was a fabulous place. Loved the private beach as well as the gulf..
All 6 of us sisters were very pleased..
There was a glitch with air and a couple other things but they got on it immediately and fixed..
The only thing we thought was odd is there’s no dish soap or dishwasher pods, paper towels . You use those things maybe a couple times during the week and so they’re hard to travel with and hard to buy small packages plus no kitchen towels to do dishes with or wipe hands.. I guess we just thought those things are not expensive things and maybe they should be supplied along with more than two rolls of toilet paper…
Plenty money paid to not have a few of these basic living things
Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to the beautiful beaches of Pensacola Beach

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s smack in the middle of the bay and the beach. The bay was perfect for our toddler to splash around without worrying about big waves. There was a snorkel zone right beside the condo’s and it’s the perfect spot to launch kayaks or paddle boards. The beach was an easy walk across the street with direct access to pavilions, bbq pits, tables and a boardwalk out onto the beach. The condos sit at the entrance to the national park and you have an open view to untouched pristine beach. Absolutely perfect!

Loved our stay! Great for kids. Private covered parking, with outdoor beach storage. Only 2 stories, so always available elevator, and/or close and easy stairs. Great sound view with great sandy beach area. Kids loved it more than the ocean. Nice pool area that was never crowded. Easy walk over to the beach. Room was clean, and very spacious. Gorgeous sunsets!

This beach gem is nestled between the Gulf and Pensacola Bay, a perfect location with something for everyone. Out of the fray but close enough to enjoy the food and fun at the Boardwalk. We stayed for a week in early June and had lots of things to do. The "Sugarspot" has beautiful views and awesome natural light in the afternoon. Fantastic decor and unique art work with open spaces to enjoy. Our special Girls Birthday trip gave something for everyone; beaches on the bay and on the Gulf, and fun by the pool. Even heard & saw the Blue Angels practice off in the distance, as well as a shallow reef close enough for diving & snorkeling. (Mom's passion) We had easy public access to the Gulf (w showers/restrooms). Close to the National Seashore near Fort Pickens you get away from the more congested beaches, and just relax. This includes private sound access and pool, with walking path for biking and walking. Some construction /painting was going on (we were aware) but easy to work around and did not disrupt our fun; love the new blue color. Pensacola Beach is now one of my favorite hidden spots with beautiful beaches and clear blue water. We will definately be back soon.

Wow… what a great time! Beautiful condo with HUGE living area, spacious updated kitchen, two balconies with beautiful views. The building was getting a facelift with new paint, but this didn’t create any noise or access issues. Location is close to all the restaurants and activities, but far enough removed to allow for quiet nights. Feels like your own part of the beach. AND there’s a fireplace in the living room….. we will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Our stay was great! We stayed for the holiday weekend and the sugarspot was perfect. The condo has magnificent views, great natural light and feels nice and open. The sunset from the balcony was stunning! This place has a pretty cool vibe too and our party of 5 was very comfortable in the open living spaces. There was easy access to the gulf and sound on the less crowded side of pensacola beach, which was so nice because in the past we stayed at the hilton and things get congested. The private sound access and pool was great for our younger kiddo, walking path was great for walking/jogging, and the national seashore just up the road at ft pickens was beautiful. There was some construction /painting on the grounds which we were made aware of ahead of time so we expected it and workers were mostly there when we were at the beach. All in all 5 star- this is my favorite location on p-cola beach and We will definitely be back!
