Impressed with the location of this property. All was in order and beautiful. I hoped the beach was a little more accessible through the side gate but found our way around the building to the beach. I am sure there is a reason the gate was not a way to the beach.

The views are great and the balcony is very spacious! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils.. cookware.. etc. It has a Keurig and regular coffee pot. It also has hair dryers and plenty of towels. Nice parking area. Minutes from restaurants.

Our stay was very relaxing!!! The Condo was nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. There was even a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. The beds and pillows were very comfy!!

If you like to be close to the water this is your place. This one of the most affordable rentals I have come across with this kind of beach access. The wrap-around balcony has amazing views. The building is old and showing it's age, but well worth what we paid.

Would love to have a low board walk to and through the dunes. It was tough walking in all sand for there to be such a short distance to the water once you are on the beach

The location was great. The unit was clean, comfortable &attractive. The views were beautiful. It was quiet & peaceful. There were no drinking glasses. There were wine glasses & old fashioned glasses. Everything else was great. The only there thing was there were no instructions on working the televisions. Some of us still have a hard time with two & three remotes. Luckily, we aren't big tv watchers.

May want to let renters know the gate to the parking lot is motioned censored and the gate going to the beach is locked.

#101 was awesome!!! Super easy access and check in. Great location, very private beach access. The balcony was huge with a great view. Master bed was very comfortable and had its own access to the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped.l and very spacious.
Loved the whole experience away from the crowd but close to restaurants and shops.
Can’t wait to get back!

June 2022. Condo and location is perfect we loved it here. I think the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the gate closest to us, you could not open it and walk to the beach. The other gate works. There is not a wooden walkway so it can be a little tough in the deep sand. But we would definitely stay here again

My family had an amazing stay at this property. We had a slight issue shortly after check in with one of the sliding glass doors. I couldn’t have asked for a better response from the property manager. The repair man was there within minutes after I called and he quickly resolved the issue. The location of this property is awesome. Its close to everything. It’s a couple of miles from the boardwalk, Crabbys, Peg Leg Pete’s and all the other popular beach dining spots. The beaches here ARE NOT CROWDED! We usually stay in Seaside/Seagrove area and were a little worried that we wouldn’t get the beach privacy we were used too. Boy we were wrong about that! Lots and lots of room in between people set up on the beach. I will say that we tried renting beach chairs and umbrellas after we got there from the place across the street, but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back or return any of my messages. You might want to arrange these before getting there to insure you get a rental if needed. The condo itself was very clean and equipment with everything we needed. It is located on the 1st floor. You are able to see the water from the balcony, but not the beach due to the dunes. The balcony is very big and is equipped with plenty of patio chairs and a table w/4 chairs We recommend zip lining, glow kayaking (don’t go to the one across from Margaritaville. It’s land locked and you will not see any fish. We later found out that the location by the zipline is better and you will see more aquatic life.) We also recommend a drive into Pensacola to the Red Slipper for brunch!!! It was the best and worth the wait to get a table.

If you want to feel like you are far from the maddening crowd. This is the place for you. Beach is easily accessed and is not over crowded.

The listing for this property does not do it justice. The unit had been freshly painted and new appliances had been installed! It was very clean and comfortable. We also had everything we needed to cook some meals (I would suggest bringing a sharp knife if you intend on chopping veggies, etc.) The view is also very nice for being a first floor unit. We will definitely stay again very soon!!

My wife and I and our 18 month old son just spent a wonderful week in this condo. The location is great. It's far enough away from the bridge that the beach was almost empty at times and never crowded. Beach access is easy and the beach here is beautiful.
The condo itself is nice and was very clean. They've done some renovations and have done a good job with them. The master bath is functional. The vanity isn't spacious. It's a single sink vanity with 6 drawers but it works fine for us. The hot water did tend to run out quickly so we staggered out shower times a little. Also, the hot and cold regulator in the second bath is backwards. Turn it to cold for hotter water and to hot for colder water. It took a cold shower before I wondered what would happen if I turned it the other way. :/ The bed in the master is very comfortable. My son slept in a pack n play and didn't have much to say about the other beds.
The balcony is wonderful. The view is great. We ate several dinners there, drank coffee and drinks there and spent most of the time that wasn't on the beach there.
The kitchen is very functional but if you cook a lot, you'll need to bring some of your own stuff. It will definitely do for your basic cooking needs. There's a Keurig coffee maker. And the water from the refrigerator is actually pretty good. We typically expect the usual Florida water taste but what came through the refrigerator filter tasted just fine.

This is the nicest unit I’ve stayed in at GW. I think PBP is responsible for that, since another company was responsible for those other units. The bathrooms are a bit dated but everything else was splendid!

We enjoyed our week long stay at Pensacola Beach. The weather was beautiful! The Gulf was beyond perfect, it was calm and clear! Our Twin granddaughters had the best time playing in the powder white sand and collecting shells. The condo did need some attention since it does seem to be an older building. We will definitely stay here again. However, the kitchen needs to be better stocked and we could never get hot water in the small bathroom tub. Also the broken gate that was at our end of the condo was broken and needs to be fixed. We love the quiet area of the beach and can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice clean peaceful location. Wonderful beach. Nice pool. Building is well maintenanced. Overall charming experience.

This is located on the “quiet side” of Pensacola Beach which was perfect for our family of 4 (with two teenagers). But also only a couple minute drive away from everything. The two twin beds in one do the bedrooms are a little small but they are doable for the kids. What made it even better was having two separate bathrooms so there was never a “I need to get in there” moment. Fully equipped kitchen. Very large balcony to sit on and watch the ocean. Easy access to the ocean as well and a pool for those who prefer to swim in one. Check in and out was very easy and we had no issues with the condo at all. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend 100%
