My husband and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the beach, local dining and the relaxing pool area. We visited with other people who were staying at the property and everyone seemed to also like the place. We will put this on the list of places to come back to soon!

We loved everything about our stay in this unit at Emerald Isle. The building itself is meticulously maintained. The unit was wonderfully updated, clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The views were beautiful as always. The rental team was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. Our only complaint is that we were given incorrect gate codes and door codes, so it was a bit difficult to get in our first day. One of our favorite parts is that this condo is within walking distance to almost every restaurant on Pensacola Beach.

First time on Pensacola Beach and picked Emerald Isle so we could be on beach. We had great views of the ocean at all times. The condo was comfortable and clean. I didn't realize emails from Pensacola Beach Properties were going to my promo tabs, but once I figured that out, all was good. I hope I can come back and stay in same unit.

Very nice condo. The refrigerator ice and water dispensing mechanism may have a short in it. Also, the thermostat was difficult to set. But the unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed the condo, location and decorations. It felt very welcoming. The property manager was helpful in getting us parking passes and the key to the Fitness Center.

Bright, beachy and clean. Wonderful having 2 bathrooms. The views of the beach and Gulf from the huge south-facing windows are amazing! Huge, open, and well-supplied kitchen. The beach is unbelievable--white sand like powder, water crystal clear and warm. You can rent chairs and umbrella for the day. This place is really really nice. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this property! Everything was just as expected. We came with an infant, a 3 year old and my parents and being right on the beach made things very convenient! Highly recommend this property! *Not a ton of places to eat in Surfside while we were here but we did do a quick day trip to Galveston and that was fun!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo. The pools are nice and clean. I watched the Emerald Isle staff clean the pools every morning and they constantly tended to landscaping. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn't cook at all but everything we would have needed was there. I suggest darker curtains in the master bedroom. The curtains are see through. We like to sleep late on vacation and it was too light to do that. Also there was only one arm chair in the living room and it had visible stains on the arms. The VRBO photos showed two arm chairs. That was a bit disappointing.

Stay in Oct 2020. Condo is beautiful as pictured. We loved it. Beaches are clean. Facilities of overall property were in good working order with the exception of the hot tub which was due to gas outage in the area and out of property control. Elevators were crowded and wait time was a bit high. Having access to stairs from the outside going up would have lessened frustration of those without luggage (up from the beach or back from dinner). Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was great, everything clean and location was great for walking to all the shops and restaurants. Pool and beach options were great too. Maintenance staff on duty all very friendly keeping lobby clean and dry when everyone would run in during the pop up storms. Only down side was the two elevators for such a big place, you had to often wait for long periods of time to get up or down and stairwells were always locked. Be careful in the hot tub, my daughter was wearing a brand new swimsuit and the bottoms got completely bleached out, but at least we knew it was clean. We would stay here again!

I highly recommend this condo!! Great location, very clean, comfy beds, Great views of the beach and had everything you needed! Only thing I would change is the curtains. they were see-through and hard to pull back . We normally don’t sleep late when we come to the beach but the sun was shining through very early. Check in was very easy! I will definitely stay here again.

We just spent one week at Emerald Ile and enjoyed our visit very much. This condo hands down is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, with absolutely beautiful views of the Gulf . Just a short walk out to the beach. We just loved our stay and highly recommend this condo. It’s also very peaceful and relaxing. Loved the balcony. The property manger is also outstanding to work with.

This condo is by far one of the nicest and immaculate condos we’ve ever stayed in. The condo has one of the best views of Pensacola Beach with a very comfortable balcony to sit and enjoy the views. The walk down to the beach is very close and the beautiful blue green water along the seashore is breathtaking. We really loved our stay here. The whole property is well maintained and everyone is very helpful. The pools are awesome. Pensacola Beach Properties provided excellent service and were so easy to work with. Do not have to worry here! This unit has top of the line appliances, beautiful granite and backsplash. The bathrooms have true vanity caninets which is perfect for storage and not just a pedistal sink. The ceramic tile floors have been upgraded to a lovely vinyl wood plank look flooring and is not slippery when wet and much easier to sweep. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. This unit is tastefully decorated, updated, and is a warm place to have avacation.

Located within a mile of most of the restaurants and shops on Pensacola Beach! The unit was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was equipped with Kenmore Elite appliances which appeared to be fairly new. Access to the beach is easy. We had no issues with the unit during our stay. Thanks to John at the PBP office for his assistance during our stay. He actually called before our arrival to let us know that our unit was ready ahead of time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to book and check in/out! We absolutely loved the location of this rental and the rental itself. It was clean and looks just like the pictures! We had a mix of patrons at the property - some elderly groups, young/older families, and some college spring breakers. They have a security guard there at all hours and the place in general is very secure. The security guard was always ensuring nothing got out of hand with the spring breakers (and it didn't which was great!). The only drawback is that 1 pool is heated and the other is not. Most people were in the heated pool and the hot tub was often crowded (we had some cooler days). Overall, a great place!

Pools are also clean and the property keeps it nice and quite.
