Awesome location!
We stay here the last week of March 2024. Several things we loved: - Oceanfront balcony - Community hot tub - 2 Community pools (1 is heated in the off season) - Check in was a breeze - Gated property and felt very safe - We saw two property maintenance staff there literally sun up to sundown (give those guys a raise!) - So close to the beach obviously - The other huge plus is that it is walking distance to the “downtown” Pensacola Beach. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream parlors. The only downsides were: 1)Dumb people who don’t follow rules such as smoking on the pool deck and drinking beer from glass bottles in the hot tub 2)A few times one of the elevators was down (we took the stairs and extra exercise was a plus)- Posted: 4/14/2024

Get getaway
Perfect VRBO for us! On the beach, sunrise and sunset can be seen from the balcony. A 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The condo was well appointed. The only issue we had was with codes for entering the complex. One code didn’t work but the other one did. Would definitely recommend this property!- Posted: 2/27/2024

We loved staying at this property. It couldn’t have been a better location. Right on a private beach. Two pools. Surrounded by multiple dining options. Easy check in and out. Parking included. The property was everything we had hoped it would be
The property was everything we had hoped it would be. We were impressed from our first steps into the apartment. Great views, steps from the beach. Our favorite time was creating our own meals in the kitchen and relaxing as a family while having some laughs. Each morning we would gather on the balcony overlooking the great ocean views and have coffee and breakfast while planning our day. Perfect local

Very peaceful and beautiful location. I loved the key code access not only to your room but into the gated property. It felt safe and private. There were personal touches and they even had beach chairs and wave boards to use. Check in was a breeze and they provided clear instructions on what was expected. Nice condo
Beautiful view from the ocean front balcony, great location (walking distance to many restaurants/shops). Mgmt company was prompt with inquiries/requests, easy check-in/check out. Only negative is the sofa sleeper. You really can’t sleep on it. The structure of the frame isn’t in good condition and the mattress desperately needs to be replaced. Everything was in working order and the view of the gulf from the balcony was spectacular! The location is great - several restaurants nearby. Beach access was great - not a far walk from the boardwalk to the water. Everything is coded for security, which I liked. Main lobby and elevators were spotless and kept that way the entire time we were there. The people at the property management company were all amazing - super nice and helpful. We hope to be able to stay here again!

We loved this unit and will definitely be back!
The location is perfect. 2nd floor is great if you want to take the stairs to walk down. Can not access stairs from the outside though. Only complaint was shower curtain had mildew. The check in process was painless. Very nice staff. The kids loved the pool area the most, as do most kids! We have stayed many places in Pensacola and this was one of our favorite spots. Reviewer Comments: We came down from Shreveport for baseball as well as summer vacation And the Blue Angels were performing that week and we were told a week ahead of time so we could plan for the traffic, which I Appreciated immensely! We did get some bad weather fro hurricane Barry, but we rode it out. We actually ended up leaving a few items there and the ladies there were so nice to make sure we record our items. I would definitely recommend staying with Traci and her team st this condo because the condo is clean and the will take care of you and your things. Awesome family vacation
This was our 1st vacation with our daughter who is 11 mo old. The layout was perfect for us because we had great sightlines to keep an eye on our mobile girl. If you are a parent you know how nice that is. Kitchen was a great size. Beds were comfortable and couldn't beat having such a big balcony right off the master. We were traveling from out of town, and we wanted somewhere peaceful to stay. The condo perfectly met our needs. We have an 18 month old, and the condo was perfect for her as well. I loved the plexi glass on the balcony instead of railing. She was able to play outside on the patio, and I had no worries. The condo was very clean and overall presentable. I would definitely choose this property again. Pensacola Beach Properties was a very professional rental company to work with. They answered all of our questions prior to our stay, as well as during our stay. They were very kind and considerate. It was in walking distance to shops and restaurants and the view with easy access to the pool and ocean was perfect. The unit is exactly as pictured. There was an occasional loud noise due to the trash chute outside the second bedroom. We brought a fitted sheet for the bed which was good advice from a previous review.
