Emerald Dolphin 510 is a three-bedroom, three-bath highly requested 5th-floor corner condo across the street from the beach with the stunning panoramic views that dreams are made of! You will love the floor-to-ceiling views everywhere you look in the living area. and you’ll love spreading out in almost 1900 s.f. of space! The living area has comfy furnishings, a large flat-screen tv with a DVD player, and includes cozy chairs in which to curl up with a book and a view. The dining table seats 6, has gulf views and there is additional seating at the eat-in bar. The kitchen is open concept so your chef can enjoy the gulf views too! The master has a king bed, flat screen tv, floor-to-ceiling gulf views, and an ensuite bath that boasts a glassed-in shower and jetted tub. The guest room has a queen-sized bed, flatscreen tv, a DVD player, an ensuite bath, and balcony access which overlooks the bay and tennis courts. Contact us for alternative date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
