Boardwalk B2 is the perfect getaway situated just a short walk to the beach or bay! This adorable two-bedroom and two-and-a-half-bathroom beach townhome can sleep 8 comfortably. The living room has plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax and watch a movie after a long beach day on the flatscreen tv. The spacious living room opens up to the balcony. The dining nook is adorable and boasts extra seating at the eat-in bar, and the kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the landscaped grounds of the Boardwalk complex. The Master suite offers a king bed with an en suite bathroom and the guest bedroom offers twin over twin bunk beds and a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping dining and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. Pensacola Beach hosts an air show each July and there’s a show over the Naval Air Station each November.

We love the Boardwalk Condos, we usually stay at them every year, different unit depending on availability. The location is amazing, and they are usually maintained very well! This was my first time going through Pensacola Beach Properties and I was not impressed. The first night we noticed roaches all in the kitchen. The next day they sent the property manager with bug spray. He told us to send videos of the bugs to them, and they completely ghosted me the rest of the trip. They offered no apology, refund, relocating or accommodations. The dishes were not washed beforehand and food was left behind on the pots and pans. I normally would resolve all issues with the owner before reviewing, but like I said they went completely absent and unreachable. Overall, we had a blast watching the Blue Angles and enjoying the beach and attractions.

This is our favorite complex for when we come to town. Location is absolutely perfect. House was comfy and mostly had what we needed. The furniture and layout is awesome, comfy beds, big TVs, lots of blankets, pillows, extra sheets, etc. I would 💯 stay here again and again. The grill was missing and I called the host and they had one there very quickly for us which was awesome.
My last three airbnbs spoiled us by having shampoo, conditioner, coffee filters, spices etc there. This place does not provide anything like that- which isn’t a big deal but it was a little annoying to have to go buy a whole pack of coffee filters late at night to fit that machine just for a few days stay. It really wasn’t a big deal but the little things being thought of is super nice. But I would book again for sure.

Well furnished and cozy! Lots of space to have a larger group. We only had three and had plenty of space. Water and mold damaged areas noticeable all around the house but I’ve come to expect that of any place right on the beach. Easy access to the gulf! Entry says upstairs but it is downstairs and you take the stairs directly inside to the first floor living area and another set of stairs to the third floor bedrooms. We will be back!

Unit was very nice but rated for 8 people, the extra couches for sleeping were not very comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with useful items. Having a washer dryer combo was a definite plus.

Our stay was everything I had hoped and expected. The location in proximity to the bay and the beach were perfect for all family members. It was just far enough from the congested Pensacola Beach areas and yet close enough to be at any restaurant or activity within minutes.
Our only problem was the directions to get to the unit, Boardwalk - Unit B2. The instructions named and took us to Baywatch instead. After we figured that out (in the dark), everything else went perfectly.
The only criticism about the unit is that the kitchen could use updating. since we only used it for breakfast, it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else in the unit was wonderful.

We brought our two younger kids here for spring break and the location was great. We had previously stayed in a Boardwalk unit and this one had even closer access to the beach and we loved it. Super clean interior with great amenities. We just loved being able to stay a little further away from PCB center and having quick access to the beach. It was a quick drive up to all the restaurants. We love this location and would rent here again.
