Absolutely loved this home. Everything was clean and in pretty good shape. The kitchen had just about everything I needed. The view is amazing! The location is close enough to town bur far enough that you have privacy on the beach. The listing is very accurate except it didnt say that they do provide some beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and canopies which was a great surprise(although we took our own because we didnt know). My only recommendation would be to provide more towels considering it can sleep 14. We had 10 people and I felt there weren't enough provided even though I did take our own beach towels. Relaxing Getaway
We really enjoyed our time at White Sands #7! The location was close enough to everything but not in the middle of the busy beach so we had plenty of room to ourselves. It was wonderful to be able to walk directly to the beach from the patio. The condo was clean & more than big enough for our crew of 6 (and sometimes 8). Great property and location!
Plenty of space and nice amenities provided. The large garage is great for storing the beach stuff after a long day. Outside showers right at your stairs and a huge deck to enjoy dinners while watching the sunset. I highly recommend this townhome for large family’s or groups.- Posted: 8/1/2020

The downstairs living/dining/kitchen area is very spacious with plenty of seating inside and out. The master bedroom is upstairs is enormous, but the other two rooms are small, so you're unable to add any sleeping space in those rooms (just FYI). However, the fold-out couches downstairs worked well with our older kids. There is plenty of parking available. We were able to fit two SUVs in the garage comfortably and still had two spaces outside in the lot. It's super convenient & close beach access with your own shower/hose and plenty of room to store all of your beach gear downstairs. The first day we arrived at the unit it was getting later, and we were thinking about bed for the kids. We realized that there were no linens left for all of the fold-outs. I got in touch with the management (after-hours), and they responded immediately. They sent somebody out right away to deliver the missing linens. I was delighted with how accommodating they were. Fantastic Beach Front with plenty of space

The unit right on the beach and has a large deck with patio table as shown. Stargazing at on each of the clear nights was amazing. We love this stretch of beach as you can see both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset each evening. The building is just down from the center of Pensacola Beach with a bike ride or drive that is considered very close by. The condo is fully equipped with fairly new kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware. While we visited a friends home for Thanksgiving, the kitchen and huge dining room table would have easily handled a very large family. Bar stools at the kitchen counter and seating around coffee tables in the living room made for a great setting for the football games. The only down side, which is consistent with this building and others like in along Pensacola Beach is the limited privacy on the deck. The beach is steps away but you do feel a bit close to neighbors at the adjoining units when people are outside. We would definitely return. The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained, and easily accommodated all 9 of us. Location was great, right on the beach, and walking distance down to the pier. The shower/hose at bottom of the deck stairs was a blessing with having kids. The staff was great and easy to work with for the reservation and stay.
