This has been such an amazing stay!!!! This property was right on the beach and was perfect for my family. This is definitely a must stay! The best deal for the price! If you’re thinking about it…..do it!

Amazing condo. Right ON the uncrowded beach with amazing white sands. The super clean condo was even better than the description - the balcony overlooks the beach. Just be aware that you need to ride the trolley or have a car to get to the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo perfect for us. I walked out of my bedroom to a view of the ocean. The condo was clean and had all amenities we needed. Sitting on the balcony was a great place to watch the dolphins jumping. It would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The view from the porch was as expected from the pictures, however, the size of the condo itself was embellished in the pictures. But it was just perfect for the three of us & being so close to the beach was great. One of the problems we had was actually finding the Villas on the Gulf & then our particular condo. We also didn't know it was on the third floor & no elevator. I would like to see the condo updated, but think I had seen this same comment in the reviews I read before booking. It would be nice to be beachier. Overall, we would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay in this condo. It is right on the beach with a fantastic view. The kitchen is well enough equipped to cook if you would like, although there are plenty of good restaurants that are just a quick drive or trolley ride away. We did a mix of both! This unit is situated in the residential part of the beach so as a result the beach is not jammed and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Parking was easy as The beds are comfortable and linens well stocked. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view from the balcony: whether it was a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. There are a few minor repairs that should be done, and the balcony needs to be decluttered a bit (old resin table and rusted chairs), but none of those took away from the overall experience.

We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. Every day started and ended with me sitting out on the balcony with coffee or wine to enjoy the view! This condo is situated about 3 miles from the heart of the beach, But there is a trolley that runs in season to the central area: definitely beats looking for parking. The balcony is a bit cluttered and should be cleaned up (rusty beach chairs and an old plastic table). There were a couple of missing drawer pulls and cabinet knobs, but those may have been fixed by now, and in no way impacted our stay or the overall experience.

Our stay was in January and even on cold windy days the balcony was protected from wind and situated in the sun. It was a serene spot to watch the sunrise, read and enjoy a cocktail at sunset. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. There is lots of natural light with many windows to enjoy views of the gulf. Conveniently located to local eateries and bars. It is a two flight walk upstairs.

The address was not in our GPS, but the company sends very easy to follow directions before your stay. The condo had a few minor issues (kitchen window was stuck open slightly, living room rug was torn, and balcony door lock was broken, but nothing that interfered with our fun. Our only true complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The sheets and blankets had large stains and hair (possibly not washed between families). Nothing that couldn't be addressed with the cleaning company. The office staff was incredibly nice and accomodating. We would definitely consider renting again. Great deal for the price!

I gave 3 stars on propery condition due to only 3 chairs on the balcony and one the arm was broken. And while we were there the access gate broke which forced us to walk around to another gate through the parking lot. The unit was clean. But it could have been better. Only real complaint is there is really a need for a service elevator. Having to carry ice chest, chairs, luggage, etc. Up those stairs is a killer.

There was a problem with the U-verse/internet connection due to the modem being placed sideways on the U-verse receiver causing an overheat problem with the modem. This caused the modem to cycle ever 15 minutes. Since I moved the modem upright, there hasn't been any problems. (2). The agreement states what will be in the unit as far as toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Read your agreement so there will be no surprises. Besides the U-verse problem, which is now fixed, our stay has been very enjoyable. The only small minus is the stairs are tough for me and my wife due to knee problems. Keep this in mind if you have health problems. Nothing beats waking up to the fantastic view each morning. This alone is well worth the stay. We've been coming to Pensacola Beach since 1992 and each time we visit, we dine at Peg Leg Pete's, Sidelines, and McGuire's and have never had a bad meal. Come and visit, you won't be disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had seen this property online and thought it looked very cozy. The pictures actually did not do it justice. It was just an amazing location and so beautifully decorated. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We had the most amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of space with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for a beach getaway! I would also recommend "Flounders" restaurant!!! The food was delicious, especially the calamari!!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Nestled right on the Gulf of Mexico with a breathtaking view to wake up and watch the sunrise and also view the sunset and watch the stars! The condo was clean and comfortable, just what we were looking for a weekend stay. Everything we needed was provided in the condo which was so nice. We didn't even have to drive our cars once we got there, we rode bikes everywhere. Also the rental office was very helpful and checking in and out was quick. Pictures do not do this condo and view from the balcony justice - must see for yourself!! We are already trying to figure out what weekend in the near future we can go back for another vacation!!

I first seen this advertised as a "True Beach Experience", and I would definitely have to agree! The location was amazing, just as the description says, directly on the beach, one of the most cleanest beaches I've seen I must add. All information on the website is accurate, and the pictures do not do any justice...much nicer in reality! The condo itself was also amazing. Very clean, nicely accommodated, and quiet. The balcony added so much more excitement (we seen dolphins swimming directly out from our balcony each morning). We enjoyed the fact that the condo was located towards one of the ends of Pensacola Beach, therefore, not right in the middle of all the people, but still close enough to all the night-life. The entire stay was rather nice and peaceful, almost feeling like it was our own private little beach. I would definitely reccommend this to anyone wanting to spend some quality time on such a nice beach, and truly feel like you are in paradise. I will most certainly be back as soon as I possibly can. A final note, the staff at Villas on the Gulf were extremely friendly and helpful and gave the whole experience an added bonus.
