Loved how close it was to the beach!! Kids were able walk to the beach and spent almost the whole trip out there. Outside shower was so helpful when it was time to go in. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, sand castle toys, and towels for the kids to use. Kids loved learning how to play shuffleboard.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Vida Feliz! Property was well appointed with extras that we didn't expect or even think of. Exceeded our expectations even as locals. We had a great stay here! Location was perfect- quick walk down to the beach or take a look at the water from the deck. The place was as described. Had some amenities we were pleasantly surprised by (ex: hair dryer, toddler high chair, beach umbrella). I would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. The shuffleboard table was a fun bonus! The beach is beautiful and super easy to access. Lots to do within a 10 minute drive.

My family and I loved staying here and highly recommend this place. The house had everything needed for a family vacation plus more! And the beach was easily accessible with a short walk.

The location was perfect. Loved not having to drive or walk forever to get to the beach. Beach was beautiful as always. Home was perfect for our large family of 8. Only negative for us was the master bedroom mattress was not the best. Also on the morning of checkout housekeeping showed up around 8 or 830 when check out wasn't until 10.

This townhome is 65 steps from the beach out the back door! Located east of the main beach, there was much more privacy and not a lot of people next to you on the beach. The dog beach was another mile and a half east and we took our dogs there each morning for a couple hours. You can see the gulf on the back deck looking between two buildings, but with the surf a little rough, you could still hear it. We will definitely book again.

The condo was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrive we were impressed with everything about the condo. The communication from the get-go was spot on, and they were very accommodating for everything that we needed. Once we arrived the bedrooms were cozy and well appointed everything was very comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail the townhouse itself was a great location and exactly what we were looking for. The beach access was convenient and we loved spending our days lounging on the white sand and swimming in the clear blue waters. Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday vacation. We will be coming back.

Loved our stay! Was very worried it would not look like pictures but it did. Wish check in could have been a lil earlier and check out a lil later but all in all everything was great!
I will warn that the sand was EXTREMELY HOT in back of townhouse walking back and forth to beach so don’t leave your sandals behind!!
Bring extra trash bags and paper towels!!
Would stay again!!!

This place was amazing for our family vacation! Steps away from the beach, perfect location with lots of restaurants near by. The place was super comfy and clean and they have so many useful accessories for the beach that you might need! We loved the shuffleboard they added in the living room, we had so much fun! They have a shower in the back deck which is super convenience when you come back from the beach! We will definitely stay here when we come back to Pensacola!

Great location with beach access right outside the deck. Just walk out of the gate, and you're on the beach in about 50 yards! Home is great for a family with plenty of beach accessories for your use. Outdoor shower is a big plus! My only negative would be that there were no extra trash bags or an outside trash can. A quick trip to the grocery store took care of the items we needed for a few days' stay though. Would definitely stay here again!

The place had the room arrangements we needed. The best feature was the easy beach access. It was a quieter part of the beach, which was beautiful. Although, our group really enjoyed it, there were some aspects of the house that were not cleaned to some of our family members’ standards.

The location is perfect. Close to places to shop and eat. Short walk to the beach. We loved the lower deck with a shower and outside dining area. The kids could rinse off the sand and then sit down to eat lunch. Well stocked kitchen but just fyi no Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table sat all 6 of us with plenty of room for more. The beds were comfy, just a little warm upstairs in the evenings. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This unit was a very nice, clean, roomy, modern town house. The inside was a great fit for our family vacation with 4 adults, 2 children and our Yorkie. It met all of our wants and needs with plenty of room and it was quiet. The lower and upper decks were a plus and the ability to walk off the lower patio deck and be just a few steps from the beautiful beach was wonderful! Also the garage and off street parking was very nice. All of this along with the property manager staff made for a very enjoyable vacation. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for any future Pensacola Beach vacation stays. I would give it a two thumbs up to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay. From adults to young children, it was great. Comfortable beds ( one was pretty firm), plenty of dishes/pans in the kitchen, very clean and well kept. Fantastic location! We hope to come back again. It was perfect for our family. Some games/cards were provided. Two outdoor decks, an outdoor shower to wash off beach sand…it has it all!

My family and I loved our stay here. The property was well maintained, had a great stock of kitchen supplies, was larger than anticipated and offered plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well! This was one of the best AirBnb stays I have ever had in my years of travel using Airbnb. I highly recommend this location for your Pensacola Beach stay.

This place was absolutely perfect. We brought our 45lb fur baby and absolutely loved the enclosed deck that she could feel free on. My only downside is the upstairs stayed way to hot for me and had to sleep on couch. I did not rate on this because I did not call for them to look at it. The a/c downstairs was freezing :) but just couldn’t do enough to cool upstairs. Would definitely go back.

The property is a townhome which we didn't realize but it it didn't make the difference for us. The location to the beach is great, but you have to drive to get to the restaurants or stores. Overall we had a nice family time, and loved the outdoor shower!

Pensacola Beach Properties were kind, respectful and quick to respond to any problems we had. Their office was close so we could also go by the office if we needed anything.
The Condo was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If you are there for an extended time you will need to buy your own paper products, soap and shampoo. They provide a starter amount.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for a less crowded beach area. Easy access to beach just steps from the back deck. Bathrooms were updated and spacious. Plenty of nice beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. provided. Property manager was very easy to reach and responded very quickly to any request or questions we had. Pack beach towels, trash bags, laudry detergent, dish detergent and toilet paper - minimal or none provided. Pensacola Beach is a wonderful place to visit - make sure to to see the Blue Angels practice and make a trip out to Fort Pickens. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

What an amazing property and location! The pictures don't do it justice. My very anti-beach husband placates me with a beach trip every few years and he did not want to leave! The location is phenomenal and just steps to the beach. The property is one of the best equipped I have ever seen - everything from body boards to bikes and kid-friendly. A lovely stay for our family of 6!

This place was all we wanted. Great location for dogs as it was close to the dog beach and the neighborhood is quiet and easy for walks. The balcony was really nice with a view of the ocean.

Had a great weekend getaway at this property! Very short walk to beach which was a huge plus! Beach was not overcrowded and the area was ideal for smaller children. The back deck area was great for post Beach clean up with the outdoor shower. Property has beach chairs and toys and paddleboard that was all excellent bonuses. Decks with view of Beach are a bit close together but definitely not a deal breaker considering how close you are to the beach we spent most of the time there! Everything inside was very clean and well kept. Overall great experience!
