Overall the condo was nice. It does need some general maintenance. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen were loose. there was no overhead light in the bedroom. Someone placed the wrong light bulbs in nightstand lamps. The lampshade on one lamp was charred from overheating. I unplugged both lamps. There is a hole in the master bathroom ceiling where an exhaust unit was removed and the previous fixture was left open. All bathrooms had mold around the bathtubs or showers. The furniture was good and the unit was a good fit for our vacation. The unit just needs someone to do a general inspection and fix an assortment of minor items.

We try to stay here often! My husband loves that it is across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. Beach location is awesome - literally walk down the steps of our balcony onto the sand. Condo was clean. Garage holds two cars and all our beach equipment. Special thanks to Melina who let us check in early after condo was ready. See y’all next summer ��

Four of us vacationed in Pensacola Beach in May. Our ocean front condo had a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The garage was a bonus for storing our beach gear. Pensacola Beach Properties could not have been easier to rent through. There were so many seafood restaurants to choose from and many things to do. We can't wait to visit the area again.

This was the perfect beach spot. You can walk right on to the beach from your balcony. The condo was clean and spacious. Every room had a bathroom which made it nice with a bigger group. The company made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Although it rained everyday during my stay, it could not have been better. The dolphins came out everyday. So beautiful to wake up and hear the waves crashing. The property is amazing and perfectly centered across from a Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete's. The staff at PBP are always very nice and helpful.

Much-Needed Vacation

I haven't taken a vacation for five years. Pensacola Beach is my number one choice for escape. Seahorse Townhouses are my favorite accommodations. Everything was improved since my last stay. The townhouse unit was well-kept. The rental management staff went beyond my expectations to make sure I was happy and comfortable. When we were leaving to turn the keys in our car wouldn't start -- dead battery.
We called the management office and someone came to the unit and gave us a jump. It took thirty minutes before the car would start and the gentleman was pleasantly helpful and wouldn't take any of the money we tried to thank him with. There was no penalty for turning our keys in late. Thank you PBP for averting our crisis.

Overall the condo was a pleasant place. Some of the decorations did not fit the environment. From the overall appearance it seem like it was an older condo. One color all the way through the interior. However the location is perfect. Yes I would still recommend to people.

Family of six including 3 in their twenties and a grandparent. Great value of price, location and bedrooms. Fantastic location inches from sand. Two patios with good views. Grandparent in easy-access bedroom downstairs. Locals bar across street. Flounders 4 mins away. Awesome Naval Aviation Museum 30mins. Master bath a bit dated. Will be back next year.

AS always PBP was fabulous. We never have issues when staying at one of their properties! The condo itself is lovely! It is a two level plus garage & it fit all 9 of us perfectly! If traveling with more than one family it was nice to be able to go to your own area & not be in the middle of all the activity.
A few helpful tidbits: 1st floor: Has a front entrance door, a living area, small balcony, kitchen, small bath with shower & a king size bedroom. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, the grill is in the garage, not on the balcony and the staircase is spiral and not for anyone who has mobility issues.
The 2nd floor: Also has a front entrance that opens into a bedroom which keeps the queen bed & set of bunks. There is an attached bathroom with a small stand up shower & there is a small kitchenette of sorts in one of the closets in the room. The washer/dryer are in the hallway leading to the “master suite”. This room is huge with a lovely bed, plenty of storage & a view that is AMAZING from a large balcony. The master bath has a shower/tub combo & high counter tops with two sinks. The 2nd floor also is where you find the AC control pad.
The garage level is actually shared with the unit above 2nd floor (Unit Q). There are 2 garage doors so you each have a side. The owners live there during the summer & are so nice!
We were really impressed with the kitchen stock! It had everything we needed and then some! That helps when you want to cook in more than you want to go out! The location was ideal, close to the “Charlie” aka the Trolley, Peg Legs & of course the beach!!! We enjoyed the views from all balconies especially when watching the Blue Angels fly by for breakfast & practice!
The only complaint was the air on the 1st floor was minimal. There is no ceiling fan so the big track lighting makes it fairly warm in the dining/ living area. The bedroom & kitchen were warmer than upstairs as well but at least the bedroom had a ceili

Had a fabulous time staying at this property. It is right on the beach and was perfect for 6 adults. There is everything you need in the condo. When we needed maintenance for a front door issue, they responded immediately! The shelling on the beach was so much fun. There is a trolley stop in front of the condo to take you to all of the restaurants and shops so you never even have to drive! Our friends live in the building so I will definitely be returning!

Condo was right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gulf. Condo was large enough to easily accommodate eight adults, with three large bedrooms and a family room with a foldout sofa bed. Each room has a flat panel TV with attached DVD player. There is plenty of furniture plus a great square kitchen table that comfortably seats eight. There are two decks with patio furniture. The beach is a two minute walk across a sand dune.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seahorse Unit H. Beautiful views and quiet neighbors! I would recommend to other renters, though, to bring your own hanging racks. One of the bathrooms didn't have any towel bars and it was hard to manage that with four people sharing that bathroom. Otherwise, it's fantastic!

We loved Seahorse H, the location, the roominess of the condo, the view, etc.. My only complaints were that the front entryways were being painted and we had to come and go out the back doors for most of the week and the people above is in Unit Q were very noisy.
