This condo was awesome! We comfortably slept 8 of us and it was the perfect location. Being across the street from the beach was so convenient and it was also walking distance from multiple restaurants, bars and shops. If we ever return to Pensacola I would definitely book this condo again!

A beautiful property and very spacious and comfortable in a great location directly across from casino beach. Next door to the sandshaker. A short walk(or stumble ?) from the boardwalk. An easy drive to gulf breeze or downtown Pensacola if we needed something. Great location and our stay here was phenomenal. Will definitely book here again.

The property was beautiful and met all of our needs. We came in for a wedding and split the unit with four families. The space was designed very well, and we all felt like we had room for privacy. Management took care of any issues we had very quickly and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely return.

La-Caribe was fantastic and the location is virtually unbeatable. There is so much space here, even for the group we had. I would highly recommend renting this unit, but be sure to bring some meat to grill!

Super roomy, lot of bedrooms with private bathrooms. One thing I would change would be the windows in the master bathrooms, a bit too open but otherwise beautiful! Close to Pensacola beach and night life!

Overall we had a good time and met our needs, parking was difficult due to construction items parked in parking spots. The house was perfect for our group and big and spacious. The place was huge, exactly like the pics, and the perfect place for friends to chill together for a weekend. Very large kitchen was perfect for making meals with friends. Didn’t realize it had 3 balconies until we got there and we used them ALL. Master bedroom/bathroom is amazing! There were some hiccups the first day but management quickly resolved them. We may be making this spot our annual beach trip house. It was that great!

Property was absolutely perfect. Location was walking distance from Beach/Gulf and Restaurants. Nicely decorated very clean no problems with A/C. We had a few problems one being the ice machine and dryer both issues were promptly taken care of and fixed. Definitely will be renting again.

Reviewer Comments: PROS: It's in a great location and the the perfect "hang out spot" because there's plenty of room that you're not sitting on top of each other. Definitely enough space to entertain. I love that it had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which made it easy for 6 people + tag alongs. CONS:not really "cons" but just general "need to know"...Some of the furniture was ripped, the jets in the masterbath didn't work, some of the paint was chipping on the cabinets and you could only drop the AC to 70deg. We like it a little cooler when we sleep. Also, bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. It's in the rental agreement, so I knew, but my dad and fiance argued that we wouldn't need it, but with all the guests...we NEEDED it. There's plenty of towels, but no beach towels or chairs (so bring your own). The parking spots are small. We rented a car, so it was fine, but day-to-day, we all drive dually trucks and they wouldn't have fit very well. Rental cars are fine though:) lastly, the main thing we didn't like was the 10am checkout. We got married the day before and 100% rushed to get out of there. All in all though, I'd 100% recommend this place. We'll be coming back for sure. It's reasonably priced and you really aren't crammed...if you can get 4 couples to share the cost, it's worth it:)

Plenty of room for 12 people. We had 12 people and the place was so well spaced it felt like we had separate units. Balconies galore. Location was stupendous. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Wasn’t the cleanest nicest place I’ve ever stayed but well worth it for the location, balconies and amount of space. Had 12 people stay for 8 days and we never needed a vehicle other than getting to a grocery store. A++

The staff was awesome. Francis went above and beyond for us and I really appreciated that. The location was perfect for us to be able to view the Blue Angels from the balcony with the kids. The Housekeeping company was not up to par. The method they are using to clean floors is not sufficient as well as a few dirty dishes found in the cabinets. However, we did call and they did send someone out to re-steam the floors. In my opinion, that does not remove the dirt. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodations were clean and tons of room for everyone! The kids enjoyed having their own rooms with tv’s in them! Us adults loved the large balconies to relax on after long days at the beach! Everything was in walking distance, except the grocery store too!

The interior is beautiful and spacious and walking distance to everything. We spent our days in the beach and nights walking to the bars and restaurants listening to live music on the beach. The management team and staff couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive throughout the week. We will make all future arrangements for rentals through them.

We were in town for a race and it took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the start. Downside is the parking. There's only 2 spaces and it's very difficult to get in and out as the drive is narrow. There was a toilet that wasn't working and they fixed it promptly and professionally. Was very pleased with their response time. A blind slat was missing, there was a dog toy in the living room, and there were sand spurs in the towels in 1 of the bathrooms. Very minor issues. Overall loved the place and would absolutely recommend it!

The Boardwalk is right around the corner, which has shopping and restaurants. Fun is just a walk away. Pensacola Beach Properties are wonderful to work with. We loved staying here, the owner is always there if you need them, they are friendly and make sure you have everything you need. You can always go to the office next door and they will refer you to some great family fun activities. LaCaribe is in a perfect spot! It is right around the corner from everything. The north end of the beach has less of a crowd then the south end which works out great for out families with small children . The parking lot is a bit crowded to get the cars in and out but it's manageable. The management company was very efficient and the process of checking in/out was easy. We were disappointed to find that there were no pool.

Loved meeting the owner and she made us feel like if we needed anything she was just a phone call away! We had many family meals and the condo has all you need to fix your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The washer and dryer in the unit was great. Sitting on the balcony and looking over to the ocean was fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. We cannot wait to come back next year.
