Breathtaking view, great layout, and close to everything! Just be prepared- their kitchen is well stocked and small toiletries provided, but nothing else. Closest grocery is Publix is about 12 min away over the bridge. That being said, we were SO happy with the townhouse and would go back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at White Sands 459, Pensacola Beach.
The Condo was very clean, the Kitchen well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable & the Beach was beyond Beautiful! It is located close to everything restaurants, shopping & groceries. We really appreciated being able to bring our two small dogs and having use of the garage.
Two suggestions, minor but ...the couch was pretty squashed out and uncomfortable, and we really missed not being able to recycle.
Nothing to do with property, but there was a small confusion with PB Properties & Airbnb. all issues were resolved by PB Properties. Overall we loved our stay and would stay again.

A bit pricy, true, but if you consider we had 3 families (8 people) stay there, the cost is not high at all. Loved the fact that we could watch the kids on the beach from the upper balcony and the kids loved the freedom. Also, we went during Forsyth County fall break, and because Forsyth is the only county to have fall break, there was NOBODY else there. We loved it, we had the beach to ourselves. The only bad point about the stay was the fact that they advertise that they allow pets (which they do, we took out dog) but they do not advertise that the pets are not allowed on the beach. There was a person there that threatened to turn us in if they saw the dog on the beach. Besides that, all was great

This was a great condo for our family of 6 - could easily have accommodated a couple more people! The units were very soundproof - there were people next door and we never heard them except for when we were on the deck at the same time. One night they were playing guitars and singing on their deck (loudly) and we had
no idea until we went out to our deck! The beach is literally right out the front door, there are restaurants about a half mile in either direction, a Publix just over the bridge for groceries, it’s just a great location and a very comfortably furnished condo inside and on the deck. MUCH better than one f the high rises, in my opinion. The beach chairs are not great, there are no beach towels, and I don’t think we found an umbrella for the beach, so bring those if you are able!

Beautiful condo! Plenty of room for our family group. Better than the tower condos where hundreds of people are sharing a stretch of beach, this is a short row of single units which means just a few families on the beach....plenty of beautiful room!

The property was perfect and exactly it said online! Perfect for our group very convenient and we really enjoyed it!! Our only issue was the stove top wouldn’t cut off so the property manager sent someone to turn breaker off. They brought us 2 eyes to use and someone was supposed to come the next day. We never heard anything else but we used the eyes they provided. They were quick to get us everything we needed! The patio is perfect as well as the bottom deck and the views are perfect!

Great view and nice and roomy. This was the place we needed for a long weekend on the beach. The property management was great to work with which is always a nice plus. The unit was clean. Condo is very spacious, roomy and comfortable. Great location and just steps from the beach. We usually only rent houses so that we aren't next to someone but we never heard anything through the walls from the condo next to us. The deck space is GREAT and even the heavy duty patio furniture is a nice touch. Will for sure be staying here again anytime we come to Pensacola!! Had to communicate with staff often due to prior hurricane and hurricane coming while we were there and everyone I spoke with was beyond nice and accommodating. Quite a bit of the island was slow/closed or limited due to hurricane Sally just the week before so it was nice to stay in a place that the 9 of us could be in comfortably and have our own space, inside and out if needed. I have zero complaints about this condo or the rental staff. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location right on the beach and excellent views. Reservation and check-in/out was so easy. The unit is so well appointed and has all the supplies you could want or need. Our stay was during COVID, so we cooked all our meals during the week and the kitchen was great. Our family of 5 really appreciated the 4 separate bedrooms. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is great as it is close to all the shopping/restaurants, yet is on a stretch of beach that feels private. You are just steps to the water. The balconies are spacious and can seat large groups. If there was any negative it is that the balconies are fairly open and not private, but we only experienced that a couple days during our stay. I would highly recommend the property. It will certainly be a go to location when we return.

Whoever designed the layout thought of everything. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! We didn’t feel like we had to drag everything back and forth because it was so close to the beach. I’ve always says property owners should stay in their rentals to see what all is needed. Not this one!! It was perfect. The kitchen had everything you would ever need as far as utensils, dishes, and great cookware. The bathrooms were well thought out also. There were many towel racks and hooks for all of your stuff. We had three families and had plenary of room for everyone. There was enough room to park all there of our vehicles in the garage. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

Things we like about this unit - location, views of the Gulf, garage, cleanliness. Pensacola Beach Properties staff provide excellent service. We appreciate that the owners will consider pets. Please, if you stay with a pet, be responsible. This is one of the nicest townhouses on the Gulf side of the island that will consider pets. One potential downside is that the living room and kitchen are one flight of stairs from the garage and three of the bedrooms are another flight of stairs above the living room and kitchen. My wife and I are in our 70's and we consider the stairs an opportunity to get some exercise.

This property was fantastic! We had plenty of room for 4 families worth of people (8 adults and 2 small children). The kitchen is spacious and we loved the open living/dining room area. The deck was fabulous, with a lot of seating and a great table with umbrella. All the bedrooms had plenty of space and the master was huge, with a nice walkout patio for a great view. Of course, the best part was that it was right on the beach! That made it easy to walk back for lunch, or a break from the sun/heat, without making a long trek each way. Highly recommend this place!

I washed several loads with bleach to get rid of the odor, which helped. I would recommend the owner provide the housekeepers the front-loader washer cleaner to use while they clean the unit. It might help. FYI-another solution is leaving the washer door open at night, to allow the drum to dry. (an appliance sales person told us this tip when we bought our first one.) We loved the new kitchen table, & the other new pieces, & the fresh paint. We love Pensacola & White Sands 22!!

Pensacola is a beautiful place and we found everything we needed for a great time. Our condo fit our needs perfectly. We especially loved the ground floor deck! After a long day on the beach we just dragged our chairs, canopy and floats, along with lots of sand, to the bottom deck and left them! With 6 kids along that made a world of difference!

Our dog loved looking out the many dog height windows every day and laying on the deck. Brand new deck furniture that is awesome. Great company to deal with, very responsive. Had a few issues (Grill didn't work on one side, they replaced the grill next day! Had lots of dust bunny's on the ceiling fans and again they sent someone to clean them next day!) Some of the inside furniture is dated as most rentals, but the master bed had a big lump in the middle of the mattress and needs replaced, but we didn't feel it was needed during our stay as we were still able to sleep ok on it. Would recommend as a great place to vacation.
