Wonderfully decorated to enhance staying on Santa Rosa Island. Well supplied and very clean. Super location. It is on the third floor with no elevator but we managed fine. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views. Quiet area but so much to do. Close to the Gulf which never disappoints. The only downside was the 3 flights of stairs was rough on 4 retired women but didn't stop us from doing what we wanted. Plus, was getting to see the Blue Angels fly by.

Loved this condo! Clean and comfortable. Stairs were only the downfall, but wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Loved the bay side for fishing and quick trips to the sand and water.

This was a last minute booking for my adult son and his wife and children as I was visiting my sister in Pace. They came for just 2 nights to enjoy the beach. I stayed with them in the unit one night. It was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very convenient to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed it.Only a couple of things I'd like to mention-when we pulled the covers back on the beds, the mattress covers had some food crumbs and hair on them and it was obvious they'd not been washed/changed.I took all the mattress covers/sheets/pillowcases off and washed them myself so to ensure we had clean beds to sleep in.Also-the number of flights of stairs to walk up to unit needs to be better described. It states this is a third floor unit-which is correct,but it requires walking up six flights of steps which gets quite tiring when done multiple times a day several days in a row.Other than that, the unit and views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there.

Great stay! Short enough walk to the beach with sidewalks, and one of the best stocked and family friendly places we’ve stayed! Seriously, if you forgot it, they probably have it, or at least available at the convenient stop less than 5 min from the property. Just make sure you are capable of doing stairs up to the third floor. Clean and love the surrounding area!

We loved our stay! Condo was in great location, clean, well kept, everything worked well. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home and comfortable immediately. The outside property was also very clean and well kept, the pool area was always clean. The property management company was very responsive and replied quickly when contacted. The beds were both very comfortable, and the balcony has a great view of the bay, the pool, and a pond/boardwalk (baby ducks!!)
It was a very short walk to the beach, but it is a dog beach, so we walked a little further to get to a cleaner part of the beach, which was no problem, its an easy walk. The condo is on the 3rd floor; it's built above the parking /garage floor, so its 4 flights of stairs, which is not a deal breaker for us. Our reserved parking spot(s) were right across from the stairs, so very handy.
I would definitely stay again, and will check for availability for my next trip.

Love this Airbnb! I liked that it wasn't in the central part of Pensacola Beach where the big crowds are. It's close enough to enjoy the restaurants without the crowds. Beach access was right across the street, very easy to get to. The Airbnb was clean, cute, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for us. The balcony view was pretty. We had a discrepancy when booking, and Pensacola Beach Properties went above and beyond on making it right for us. I was just blown away by their customer service. The only complaint is the 4 flights of stairs we had to walk. With luggage, stuff for a baby, box fan etc it was a lot of trips and a hassle but the listing does specify this! We would Re-book here in the future. Everything felt clean upon arrival. The Queen bed in the master could use a new mattress. I felt like I was falling off the bed because of the dip on my side and it was the same way for my husband.

This was one of our favorite stays. Perfect spot! Great combination of beautiful beaches and privacy! The area was filled with great restaurants and things to do with the kids. We will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and had an amazing view. My only complaint was not knowing their wasn’t an elevator and going up and down 4 floors of stairs with arthritis was quite difficult. Other than that, the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

If you have problems with stairs, this is not for you. You need to tent on ground floor.The view was great as was the feeling of a larger area, with vaulted the ceilings. We had a wonderful stay Pensacola Properties were very helpful and attentive, great stay.

The view it’s amazing and the location it’s perfect, no elevator so make sure you are in good shape to go up and down 3 floors, but once at the top, the view makes it up. The condo it’s so cozy and clean, it was perfect for us.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean, and the condo had views of the ocean and bay. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and there’s a great walking path running parallel to the street. The beach is right across the street. You do need to have a parking pass, which the office was great about getting to us. The hosts were very quick in responding to messages. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great place to rent! Just be mindful of the 50 stairs to get to the apartment. Over all we loved the week stay. Everything you see in the picture is available. The view is fantastic!

We loved our week here and enjoyed easy access to the beach & the bay. We hit the beach almost every day and rented a paddle board right out front of the condo & played on it in right behind the condo in the bay. We spent time on the front porch & on the deck so having seating on both was nice. We were 5 and used the pull-out couch and the only thing I’d recommend is a slightly larger table. Even though it sat 4 it was almost too small and since the condo sleeps up to 6 there should probably be enough seating? Luckily, in having 4 teens with me, we barely all ate at the same time. I heard there are going to be some updates & changes to the unit by the new owners so I’m only making a suggestion. The condo was a good fit for our group, and we thank you very much - Best wishes with your new investment!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in the condo!! We really had a chance to relax and it was very comfortable. Everything that we needed or could have asked for was provided. The condo had a breaker blow on the dishwasher and Kaylyn was great at getting the support crew fix it right away!! Due to the coordination of the security detail and rental office it would be a suggestion to have the renters of the condos listed so the security does not have to write a warning ticket notice of vehicular tow. It would be suggested to add the permits as an addition to the contract so the renters can run a copy prior to entering the grounds. The staff at PBP were very accommodating and friendly!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to go to Pensecola Beach area for a vacation!!!! Thanking each and all of their staff for helping us to relax and feel “at home”!!!!
