Not the fanciest place but that is not what I was looking for. Great location, easily convenient to walk right across to Peg Leg Pete’s or Tom Thumb; right on the trolley stop; less crowded than closer to the Y.

This unit was on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of the ocean, sunset/sunrise just off front/back balcony, very quiet. There was an elevator if needed. The host/property management company were helpful when needed.

This was a cute little condo. Fairly clean and in a great location. We watched the Blue Angels airshow from our balcony. It was a little slice of heaven. The only complaint is that the garages are so small, it is an extremely tight fit, but if you can get over tight spaces, you will love this place.

It could use a few details taken care of. For example, it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. The shower curtain liner was moldy/dirty and the tables and areas throughout were dusty. It could really use some updating and get fresh paint. The slider door to the deck was broken and didn’t lock. There were a couple dishcloths but no kitchen towels. Overall for the three days we were there it was comfortable and a beautiful setting.

Great location. Close to the pier and downtown Pensacola beach, but just far enough to not be overcrowded. trolley stop right in front for anyone without a car. third floor so great views from the balcony. front balcony is shared with all condos on the floor, but back balcony facing the gulf was private.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed alone at Seahorse K for 6 days over Thanksgiving; just the two of us rather than our entire family congregating as planned due to Covid restrictions preventing others from traveling from out of town. (We rented a couple of units) The view was sublime; weather cooperative! Seahorse K itself was comfy, a bit dated and slightly underfurnished in the kitchen. There were a few minor issues, no light bulbs in a few lamps, no fresh toilet paper, however, unit was clean and property management superb to work with. It was a beacon during a dark time for us. We look forward to returning here soon - WITH our entire family members!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to the Seahorse but the first one that we had our own private condo and it was excellent!
Major assets included:
New code for condo entry - great idea and eliminated the hassle of key pick up and drop off.
The view and condo accommodations were excellent.
We traveled to the Blackwater River State Park and experienced a terrific 2 hour kayak float.
The condo was clean and kitchen well equipped - my husband is a great cook and we had three guests from Memphis for dinner one night - really fun.
I particularly liked the new website with information about restaurants and activities in the area.
We dined at two favorite restaurants - the one across the street from the condo and The Grand Marlin. Each one had recently reopened due to the coronavirus but still retained their quality staff and food.
We plan to return next year in October but may rent two Condos to accommodate additional family members from Memphis. We will definitely recommend the Seahorse to our friends & family back home.
I would only suggest to the Condo owners that they invest in a more comfortable mattress for the king size bed in Unit K. Also, add a bed skirt to the bottom mattress. These small investments would make the unit perfect!
Thanks again to Robin. She was the best customer service rep and called to make sure we were pleased with the unit upon check in.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I for our vacation to Pensacola Beach. The condo was clean; which is so important. Parking was a little tight but overall no issues parking. I would like to have known before I booked that this complex does not have a pool. Obviously; it did not impact our wonderful vacation, but I think its should be noted. It was not till after we booked and paid in full we noticed no pool. That could be a deal breaker for a family vacationing with children. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The complex is quite and appears to have full time residents that occupy most of the units.

We love Pensacola Beach and are always looking for a nice one-bed Gulffront spot in our price range for a few days' stay. This property met our needs. The furniture was a bit masculine and the couch was particularly uncomfortable. It would be nice to have an ensuite with another half bath. Will we be back to this specific property? Probably not. We'll keep looking for "the one."

All was good, except parking. 2 inch clearance into garage and we drive an impala. Other guests had trucks and SUVs that didn't fit at all. Very difficult to maneuver in and out

Our family enjoyed the location of this property as we enjoy quiet and almost private feel of a beach and that is what we got. Condo was in great shape and accurately represented by the pictures online Close enough to Pensacola pier and boardwalk area for activities, but just far enough that the beach in front of building was very quiet. Only drawback for this property is the parking. Garages are extremely small and the other available parking in the lot is limited. We were there for a softball tournament so had to come and go in a vehicle regularly. There is extra public parking in front of building and we were able to make it work. We very much enjoyed our stay!

(The owner doesn't seem to put much into this one.) Cons-The outside furniture is much nicer at the other units. The garage was super great for storage but forget putting a vehicle inside since it's extremely small. The light over the stove did not work and the drain stopper in the bathroom sink had an issue. I used the Hospitality Ap to report one issue but got no response. My contract clearly stated "no pets allowed" but 3 units had dogs. The bottom units might be better since they have a stairway leading directly to their patio. All in all it was everything we needed. If counting on checking in an hour or so early, forget that. 3:00 check in is firm, especially since it was a busy time of the year.

We've done this for 3 years and used this unit each time. It's a wonderful place for her to enjoy "the beach" without walking out on the sand. (the only thing that would make it even more perfect would be for there to be handrail of some sort in the tub/shower - but that's a very specific need/want for us. :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The condo is big for a one bedroom. There was a large sofa with a chaise lounge, and it also pulled out into a larger bed if needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the AC was cold, and even though this is a smaller unit, you are only steps away from the ocean and can hear the waves! Cons: Parking is a bit of a challenge. The garage for each unit is very small and slanted so hard to get a larger vehicle in there. Also, parking lot is small and tight. There was no pool on the property, but I think that worked better for me and my situation. However, if a pool is a must have,this is not the place for you. Bathroom lighting was a bit low, so if you are like me and rely on the bathroom lighting to put make up on, you may need to bring a stronger light, or bring a mirror you can move to a brighter spot. All in all, this unit is amazing and I will try to book it again when I return!

It maybe be a little tough navigating the parking lot in peak season. We parked upon arrival and never moved the car again until departure. Walked to Flounders, shopping, and Tom Thumb is great for small groceries at decent prices and Peg Leg Pete's has great food and atmosphere. It's so nice they are across the street. Took a gamble on not having a pool. The ocean was clean during our stay so it worked out well. Unit is clean and nicely decorated with very friendly local neighbors. Will definitely stay here again! Perfect for our family.

We needed it for our grandson. We called PBP and they sent someone right away to repair it. Great customer service in my eyes!!! The one and only drawback is that it has only one bathroom. If there are more than 2 people staying in the this unit, 2 bathrooms would be better. We love the location on the beach. During the week the beach tends to be more private. It's close to a convenience store and a restaurant, which we can just walk across the street to. A big plus!! I'd recommend this to a couple anytime.

Unit K is right on the beach, you can step out the balcony and see the ocean it's wonderful! Staff is amazing.

We got the 2 keys and the garage door opener to unit K at seahorse. The view was beautiful, condo spotless and the appliances were enough to make or cook anything you needed. Recommended a few minor things and all being taken care of by the management company (upgrading to king sized bed was biggest).Great view, easy access to everything!

We enjoyed our stay on the beach in the Sea Horse condos. Great location, awesome beach, area very walkable. First time at Pensacola Beach but won't be our last!

This trip was planned to celebrate our anniversary and my husband and I couldn't ask for anything more. We spent many hours on the beach walking. We collected over 70 sand dollars (best time to find is early when the surf is calm) & found beautiful shells. We watched dolphins play from our balcony and was amazed by the clarity of the blue waters. We saw a small shark in the surf along with a starfish & a pufferfish. We spent most of the mornings walking the beach, the afternoon soaking up the sun and the evenings having dinner at local restaurants. Rodizio's Brazilian Steakhouse, Flounder's, Peg Leg Pete's and SideLines were the places we choose. We loved Flounder's so much, we had dinner there two times. We met several people that live in the seahorse condo; they were very friendly & very helpful & very welcoming. The only thing we left at the condo was the stress we brought. We are already planning another trip to Pensacola Beach & the seahorse will be our first choice.

Traci and the girls at Pensacola Beach Properties are just fantastic and always have been. There is now no telephone in the condo which was a minor inconvenience but still, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is little to say about this location that is not favorable. We were in unit K at the Seahorse. Like others have said in reviews, parking was a bit tight, but we were there during the off season so it was OK. Too many vehicles parked on the edge of the parking lot during the busy season though would make getting in and out of any of the garages pretty tough for a full sized vehicle. The view from the the Seahorse is fantastic. Cant say much about the location, nothing is really convenient in Pensacola since it is not quite the overbuilt, commercialized tourist Mecca that other cities are; but that is part of its charm and a plus for me. The unit is nice, though the beds are less than comfortable. We ran out and got a memory foam pad to put over the bed, nothing could save the fold out if you had to sleep on it - sorry. We wound up getting an air bed and the memory foam and putting it on the deck so we could sleep outside under the stars. Cool, not to mention more comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful place to get away from it all. We wanted some quiet time and to be able to relax. The view was great with meals on the deck. The beach was convienient and the National Park areas were close by. The condo was neat and clean with no hastle to have it all come together.

The only drawback is that this unit is at the end where parking in the garage is hard to get into unless you have a small vehicle. There is parking outside the garage which makes it hard to get into the garage itself.
