LaBahia 128 is a one bedroom, two bath poolfront condo with bay views. Located directly on the bay but directly across the street from the beach, you’ll have a hard time choosing your beach. The West End Dog Beach is directly across the street; convenient if you decide to bring a furry friend. This lovely condo has a huge deck overlooking the pool with views of the bay. The living area has ample space with a large flatscreen TV to enjoy. The galley style kitchen has a pass through so you can serve delicious treats at the eat in bar. There is also a bistro table for two facing the TV should you wish to dine while being entertained. The bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and small balcony looking toward the Gulf of Mexico. There is a sleeper sofa in the living for additional guests. Two full baths complete the picture along with a washer and dryer for your convenience plus free wifi. Great location and views!
Great location and proximity to beach! Dog friendly and right across dog beach. Loved that we could access both sides of the peninsula as well. Only suggestion would be to add an extra mattress pad on the bed because it could use a bit more comfort.- Posted: 4/9/2024

Great stay in a casual little condo right across from the dog beach! This is our second time staying at the unit because the location is great. Furnishings and kitchen supplies are modest but fine. Pensacola Beach is beautiful and was not crowded at all at this location. Quiet, private, beautiful Bayside beach area with chairs provided as well as a box of beach toys for the kids to share. This side was our favorite. Across the street was the main beach/ ocean, easy walk , literally 2 minutes and again beautiful and not crowded. If your not a fan of dogs , this may not be for you, as it’s dog friendly. We loved watching them play! Super clean pool, and condo had tons of extras, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 chairs, toys, everything you need in the kitchen, and we used the charcoal grills just about every night, we would highly recommend this complex. But Pensacola Beach Properties management? SUPERB! I can’t say enough about how great they were, they texted with check- in instructions, checked on us daily, recommended things to do, they had the best customer service I’ve seen in years! Perfect Dog-Friendly Location

Our 52nd Anniversary at the Beach
We truly enjoyed our stay at La Bahia 128 on Pensacola Beach. We stayed for a month in Pensacola for our 52nd anniversary. We got to go to the beach most days and walk in the surf, sit and watch the sunset and collect seashells. We have relatives in Pensacola, so got to catchup and visit for a while. We definitely plan to visit each year and stay on the beach or near the beach while there. The contact, Natalie was very helpful and always quickly accessible when we had a question. Perfect location
We love this area of Pensacola as it's a short walk to the bay and a short walk to the ocean. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need. The exterior of the whole building could use some maintenance and upkeep but it's a tough environment given the location. Quiet, beautiful area with bay and ocean views. We loved it here! If you have a dog the dog beach is directly across the street. Super quiet, and able to swim at bay or ocean. It would be great if the Pensacola beach area could have heated pools for earlier month travelers. Our place was clean and easy in and out. Sweet Stay
We needed a place to stay, while our daughter was playing in a tournament at Pensacola Christian College. We had our dog with us, so needed a pet friendly place. We absolutely LOVED our place #128. It was in a beautiful spot, the beach and a dog park were seconds away. They have a nice pool, grill, etc. The inside was perfect for us. Extremely clean, nice furnishings! Doggie Vacation
This property allowed pets so we took our two dogs on their first vacation. The location was perfect, just across the street from the dog beach. The photos were accurate and we did not have any surprises. The home was stocked with everything that we expect in a weekly rental. Be warned that the dog beach is only about 200 yards long, but we did not have any trouble with any of the other beach goers and their furry friends., everyone was very friendly and kept the beach clean. Loved the front porch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family with young children! We had the advantage of being walking distance to Pensacola Bay and the Gulf and the pool was down the stairs from our porch. It is near Fort Pickens and therefore a good bit slower pace then some places along Pensacola Beach. The large porch just outside the front door was fantastic for morning coffee, wet kids lunches, and watching the Florida afternoon storms roll in. All that being said, a layer of dust could be found on items but nothing a good spring cleaning wouldn't handle. Overall, and for the price, we loved it and plan to return.- Posted: 8/7/2019

Very Relaxing, Quiet, and Great Value

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 128 unit was great. Modern well kept furniture, clean kitchen and bathrooms. A/C was very nice at 72F and kept bedroom very cool. Unit was quiet with neighbors. The exterior of the property could use a little TLC, but was serviceable and close to beach and bay. Property needs external lighting on sign at road. Very dark "hole" where property is. Grill in common pavilion needs to be replaced along with pavilion lighting. Furniture at pool needs to be power washed on back and front. I will stay again. Some units are better maintained than others, but 128 and 228 were very nice.- Posted: 6/22/2019

To compensate for the deep backward angle experienced when I sat on it, I had to get several pillows from the bedroom to sit on. The owners really do need to replace that couch. Reviewer Comments: Location is the best thing about this condo. 200 steps to the Gulf and a beautiful white sand beach, miles and miles of wonderful beach to walk on. The condo is well maintained and well equipped. You can sit on the balcony and see both the gulf side and the bay side. The condo is located about 3 miles past the board walk making it close enough so you can quickly be part of all the action but far enough away to offer solitude after a busy day at the beach or boardwalk.- Posted: 6/6/2013
